<h3>Objective</h3>
<p>The Area Sales Manager will be in charge of developing several liquor and wine brands within the Americas (Travel Retail and Latin American local markets).</p>
<h3>Ideal Profile</h3>
<p>The ideal profile is a dynamic entrepreneurial entry level well rounded sales professional with personal interest or previous experience in Wine &#038; Spirits and willing to travel 50%+ of the time. Ideally this person will have a previous experience in working with Latin America. We need someone with analytical skills and very sales driven. </p>
<h3>Job Description</h3>

<li>Forecast sales by brand and by territory</li>
<li>Travel and meet with the distributors</li>
<li>Budget and plan on a yearly basis with your clients</li>
<li>Negotiate prices, quantity and spaces in POS</li>
<li>Advise your clients on how to spend their marketing budget</li>
<li>Visit points of sales</li>
<li>Make sure the marketing plan and the merchandising is properly implemented</li>
<li>Train the sales staff</li>
<li>Coordinate promotional events and launches</li>
<li>Control inventory</li>
<li>Watch competition and market trends</li>

<li>Bachelor Degree minimum (MBA a plus)</li>

<p>PRICE-OFF ACTIONS / ADVERTISING WITH BROCHURE
<ul>
<li>Follow up all aspects of activity once the GCH/M has completed the relevant negotiation</li>
<li>Obtain pack shots from suppliers</li>
<li>Confirm retail prices</li>
<li>Ensure forecasts are obtained by region/supplier</li>
<li>Confirm forecasts to relevant logistics team</li>
<li>Co-ordinate all the above aspects with the Marketing Department.</li>
<li>Inform the A&#038;P Department of details for invoicing</li>

<li>Identify old, slow and discontinued merchandise in central warehouse</li>

<li>Destruction, Staff shop, Use in specific price off promotions or Allocation to agreed airports</li>

<h3>Objective</h3>
<p>The US Sales Manager will be in charge of opening and managing wine &#038; spirits client distributors.</p>

<p>The ideal profile for this role is a professional with previous experience in managing American Wine &#038; Spirits distributors and retailers, as weel as a good knowledge of French Wines.</p>
<h3>Job Description</h3>
<ul>
<li>Travel throughout the US to meet with Wine &#038; Spirits Distributors</li>
<li>Manage accounts by closing deals, planning orders, monitor inventory, coordinate promotional and launching events</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in managing American Wine&#038; Spirits Distributors</li>
<li>Good knowledge of French wines</li>
<li>Very good sales skills and ability to deal with every level of management</li>
<li>Very open to travel nationally</li>
<li>Fluent spanish is a strong plus</li>
<li>Up-to-date US work permit (Citizenship, Green Card or renewable H1B visa</li>
</ul>
<h3>Compensation</h3>
<ul>
<li>$65k to $80k yearly base salary</li>
<li>Up to 20% bonus</li>
