<p>Our client for this position is the Miami based Travel Retail office of large international European Luxury Goods group. </p>
<h3>Objective</h3>
<p>The Regional Sales Executive will be in charge of supervising and managing sales of his/her fragrance and cosmetics products in the Duty Free shop of the US Airport located in the North East of the US. (New York, Boston, Washington, Chicago&#8230;). Merchandising, management &#038; training of Beauty Advisors, product launches, marketing events, stock inventory&#8230;</p>
<h3>Ideal Profile</h3>
<p>The ideal profile is someone with strong interest or experience in the fragrance and/or cosmetics industry and who has worked has Regional Account Manager for luxury or fashion brands or as a Retail Manager for a relevant category of products (Fragrance, Cosmetics, Make up, Skincare, Perfumes&#8230;). EXTREMELY OPEN TO TRAVEL (50% to 70% of the time). Ability to work from home around NYC.</p>
<h3>Job Description</h3>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate sales development according to brand objectives, client needs/considerations and guidelines provided by Area Sales Managers</li>
<li>Responsible of selling the entire catalog of brands of the company on his/her territory</li>
<li>Build and maintain link between Area Sales Managers and respective accounts on the territory</li>
<li>Management of dedicated Beauty Advisors</li>
<li>Maintain proper merchandising according to the brands&#8217; guidelines</li>
<li>Analyze sales on each point of sales and reports suggestions to Area Sales Managers</li>
<li>Coordinate sales goals, recruitment, trainings, schedules, etc&#8230; for the Beauty Advisors on the territory</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>College degree preferred</li>
<li>3-5 years of relevant professional experience (Account Management or Retail Management)</li>
<li>Ability to read and analyze sales reports</li>
<li>Good proficiency of Excel and PowerPoint</li>
<li>Ability to Travel 50% to 75% of the time, and to work from home the rest&#8230;</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li>

<h3>Objective</h3>
<p>The objective for this Travel Retail Area Sales Manager is to develop relationship and business with the key Duty Free Distributors and Operators of the Asia Pacific Region.</p>
<h3>Ideal Profile</h3>
<p>The ideal profile for this Area Sales Manager position is someone coming from the Duty Free/ Travel Retail industry with a successful previous experience as an Area Sales Manager in the Asia Pacific Region. The Category of product is not a must (could be: Fragrances, Cosmetics, Wine &#038; Spritis, Tobacco, Watches &#038; Accessories&#8230;). Knowing of Mandarin or Cantonese language a very strong plus.</p>

<li>Maintain the high level of recognition of the company / brand name in the Duty Free</li>
<li>Design, implement and enforce procedures required to be able to grow the business with existing and new customers</li>
<li>Follow-up of promotional activities designed with the Marketing departement</li>
<li>Manage your sales forecasts and marketing budgets precisely</li>
<li>Watch competition and local legal requirements</li>
<li>Develop marketing and promotional activities to support sales in the points of sales</li>
<li>Analyze your monthly sales and explain variances</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>MBA strongly preferred</li>
<li>3 to 5 years experience in the luxury or consumer goods industries in the Travel Retail / Duty Free channels or in international sales for the Asia-Pacific region (Perfumes, fragrances, watches, timepieces, jewelry, fashion, apparel, food &#038; beverage, wine &#038; spirits, consumer electronics, etc…)</li>
<li>Fluent in English (French a plus)</li>
<li>Excellent with MS Office, Excel in particular</li>
<li>VERY open to Travel internationally and work extended hours</li>

<p>The Brand Manager will be in charge of the development and execution of brands strategies and plans in the local and travel retail markets of Mexico. <li>Design presentations dedicated to both the sales teams and the distributors explaining plans and marketing strategies</li>

<p>Our client for this opportunity is the Latin American Office of a large luxury goods group.</p>
<h3>Objective</h3>
<p>The Office Manager will provide full admistrative support to the Latin American and Travel Retail team of this Luxury Goods company. Ordering and maintaining stock of office supplies, coordinating the schedule of the conference room, dispatching mail, make travel arrangements, following up on lease agreements for computers and company cars, helping on administrative projects on demand.</p>
<h3>Ideal Profile</h3>
<p>The ideal profile for this role is someone with a good professional maturity and a good previous administrative background. Must be bilingual English and Spanish. Must be very good with MS Office.</p>
<h3>Job Description</h3>

<li>Corporate meeting planning/event planning.  </li>
<li>Liaison for all communication with top retail account contacts.</li>
<li>Liaison between Headquarters in Europe and corporate North American office.</li>

<li>All calendar/travel scheduling for Executive </li>
<li>Supervise office accounts specifically for office supplies and kitchen supplies.</li>
<li>Maintain an ongoing report of the department’s budget expenditures</li>
<li>Supervise submission of T&#038;E forms on a monthly basis </li>
<li>Negotiate and maintain special corporate accounts for gift purchases, florists, etc.</li>
