Video Application

For this position specifically, excellent public speaking and fluency in Spanish are required!! We are now asking on top of your resume and cover letter (apply below) a video application! We are requiring for all candidates to record a 2 minutes sharp (+ or – 5%) presentation of a product of their choice (fragrance, make up or skincare), briefly outlining the product’s benefits and how it should be sold by beauty advisors in the stores. Our Client

Our client is the LVMH group and in particular the Kenzo Fragrances team in charge of Latin America (exactly Central America, Venezuela, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador & The Caribbean Islands.

Objective

The objective in this position is to provide product trainings to Beauty Advisors (aka Beauty Consultants, Cosmetics Sales Associates) across Latin America. You will prepare your training material, plan you training program, organize the logistics of such training sessions and travel extensively in Latin America to do the actual product presentations.

Ideal Profile

The ideal profile for this job is someone who is EXTREMELY OPEN TO TRAVEL internationally (75%), with PASSION FOR TRAINING and PUBLIC SPEAKING as well as strong retail experience in Fragrances and/or cosmetics (if possible including retail management) and with excellent communication abilities. The candidate also need to be perfectly bilingual in English AND Spanish.

Objective

The Trainer will be in charge of conducting product presentations to Beauty Advisors and store staffs. In addition the role will also include other typical responsibilities usually associated with Account Executive type of positions, such store visits, merchandising, inventory control, etc… For candidate with potential, this position may lead to international sales management opportunities.

Job Description

• Ensure that our BAs have uniforms and ALL selling tools needed to successfully meet their goals and improve our sales (blotters, testers, consumer incentives, etc.).
• Create report after each training to direct Supervisors with all important comments, ideas, solutions and pictures.
• Follow up on all visuals to be changed and/or samples to be sent or any other issues to improve sales in stores.
