REPARATION</p>

<li>Control precisely the inventory every 3 month for watches and jewelry to ensure  proper level of stock at all times</li>
<li>Control the inventory of displays in the store every 6 months and make sure they are free of any defect</li>

PRODUCT TRAINING</p>
<li>Organize product trainings on a regular basis with the sales staff to ensure proper knowledge level of everyone. Invite brands representatives to conduct these trainings too.</li>

DAILY REPORTS AND MEETINGS</p>
<li>Make sure the daily report is sent</li>
<li>Keep the internal agenda updated so that it can be shared to all th sales saff</li>
<li>Organize weekly meeting with the staff to discuss issues, performance and strategies</li>

PR &#038; ADVERTISING</p>
<li>Preselection of advertising offers and presentation to upper management</li>
<li>Organization of 2 or 3 PR events per year</li>
<li>Organization of small dinners for customers on a regular basis</li>

<li>Constant networking with influencers, customers and potential ones</li>

<li>Manage the Very Important Clients Salon: Coordinate other Miami stores&#8217; Very Important Clients, manage use, access and appointments of the Salon, oversee inventory and merchandising of the salon</li>
<li>General Management: follow store policies and procedures, manage inventory counts, maintain excellent relationship with store personnel at all levels, be consistent in using IT systems, stay updated with company and competition news, maintain very professional appearance</li>
<li>Drive Clienteling Efforts: focus on growing the top 100 clients, recruit new high potential clients, develop action plans and ensure execution, develop opportunities with local market, participate in all product and customer service trainings</li>
<li>Provide Personal Shopping Services: build and maintain VIC/VIP book, communicate regularly with clients and grow relationships, propose and facilitate exceptional customer experiences, assist with special requests, </li>

<p>The VIP Client Relations Manager will be responsible for elevating the customer experience in the South Florida Flagship store through management of the VIP salon. Focus will be placed on growing Top 100 Clients, recruitment of new high potential clients to the brand and increasing brand desirability. Responsibility includes management and coaching of team members to achieve goals.</p>

<li>Human Resources: Develop and manager staff, recruits candidates, coach and train team members, develop Very Important Clients plans</li>
<li>Manage the Very Important Clients Salon: Coordinate other Miami stores&#8217; Very Important Clients, manage use, access and appointments of the Salon, oversee inventory and merchandising of the salon</li>
<li>General Management: follow store policies and procedures, manage inventory counts, maintain excellent relationship with store personnel at all levels, be consistent in using IT systems, stay updated with company and competition news, maintain very professional appearance</li>
<li>Drive Clienteling Efforts: focus on growing the top 100 clients, recruit new high potential clients, develop action plans and ensure execution, develop opportunities with local market, participate in all product and customer service trainings</li>
<li>Provide Personal Shopping Services: build and maintain VIC/VIP book, communicate regularly with clients and grow relationships, propose and facilitate exceptional customer experiences, assist with special requests, </li>

<li>Establish business relationships with local diamond wholesalers in order to  ensure quick delivery for urgent needs</li>

<li>Control precisely the inventory every 3 month for watches and jewelry to ensure  proper level of stock at all times</li>
<li>Control the inventory of displays in the store every 6 months and make sure they are free of any defect</li>
<p>PRODUCT TRAINING</p>
<li>Organize product trainings on a regular basis with the sales staff to ensure proper knowledge level of everyone. Invite brands representatives to conduct these trainings too.</li>
<p>DAILY REPORTS AND MEETINGS</p>
<li>Make sure the daily report is sent</li>
<li>Keep the internal agenda updated so that it can be shared to all th sales saff</li>
<li>Organize weekly meeting with the staff to discuss issues, performance and strategies</li>
<p>PR &#038; ADVERTISING</p>
<li>Preselection of advertising offers and presentation to upper management</li>
<li>Organization of 2 or 3 PR events per year</li>
<li>Organization of small dinners for customers on a regular basis</li>
<li>Select local events to sponsor</li>
<li>Constant networking with influencers, customers and potential ones</li>
<li>Ensure the boutique staff does it own networking too</li>
<p>DIRECT MARKETING</p>
