<h3>Ideal Profile</h3>
<p>The Ideal profile for this role is an entrepreneur minded sales professional with previous experience of luxury and/or fashion goods in Latin America and/or Travel Retail.</p>
<h3>Job Description</h3>
<ul>
<li>Manage key accounts in the Latin American and Travel Retail markets. Develop and implement strategies to improve both sell in and sell through</li>
<li>Drives wholesale sales on the assigned territory and ensure sell through goals are met and the retail level</li>
<li>Develop new accounts and close existing ones depending on results, compliance and brand&#8217;s strategy</li>
<li>Visit retail accounts on a very regular basis to ensure mechandising and training compliance as well as sell through performance</li>
<li>Verify product mix, replenishment and sales technics</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>5 years strong previous experience in selling luxury of fashion items internationally</li>
<li>Strong previous experience of the Latin American and/or Travel Retail market</li>
<li>Result driven and strong negotiations skills</li>
<li>Good training and motivational skills at the retail sales associates level</li>
<li>Ability to travel extensively</li>
<li>Fluent Spanish a very strong plus</li>

<h3>Job Description</h3>
<ul>
<li>Maintain the current database of customers </li>
<li>Acquire new customers by cold-calling provided list and adding new accounts. </li>
<li>Real-time account management with focus on providing creative solutions to the customers need during the sales process.</li>
<li>Attending sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts, reporting on market situation. </li>
<li>Handling cancellations or changes in sales orders and communicating the changes with the related departments. </li>
<li>Complete catalog product knowledge required</li>
<li>Providing customer service, discussing credit terms, quoting prices, and preparing sales orders with a focus on on-time delivery deadlines</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. </li>
<li>3 to 5 years of relevant customer service or inside sales experience </li>
<li>Food Industry experience is preferred </li>
<li>Highly proficient computer skills </li>
<li>Excellent telephone sales personality skills. </li>
<li>Able to work in fast-paced environment. </li>
<li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills</li>
