<h3>Objective</h3>
<p>The Account Executive will be in charge of visiting his accounts (department stores, duty free stores in airports&#8230;) to develop the business.</p>
<h3>Ideal Profile</h3>
<p>The ideal profile is junior sales executive with potential and previous experience in the Luxury Goods industry in the Mexican market.</p>
<h3>Job Description</h3>
<ul>
<li>Forecast sales by product and by territory</li>
<li>Travel and meet with the retailers</li>
<li>Budget and plan on a yearly basis with your clients</li>
<li>Negotiate prices, quantity and spaces in POS</li>
<li>Advise your clients on how to spend their marketing budget</li>
<li>Manage your budget on your territory</li>
<li>Visit points of sales</li>
<li>Make sure the marketing plan and the merchandising is properly implemented</li>
<li>Train the sales staff</li>
<li>Coordinate promotional events and launches</li>
<li>Control inventory</li>
<li>Watch competition and market trends</li>

<li>Bachelor Degree minimum (or equivalent)</li>
<li>2 to 3 years experience in the luxury goods industries, Mexican local markets or travel retail (Perfumes, fragrances, watches, timepieces, jewelry, fashion, apparel, food &#038; beverage, wine &#038; spirits, consumer electronics, etc…)</li>
<li>Excellent with MS Office, Excel in particular</li>

<li>Grow your business on your assigned territory</li>
<li>Open new retail accounts (Supermarkets, mass retailers, retail chains: Walmart, Winn Dixie, Publix, Whole Foods…)</li>
<li>Optimize and increase sales with your existing accounts</li>
<li>Analyze sales report to improve sales and operations</li>
<li>Manage all your accounts directly over the phone/email or by visiting them on a regular basis.</li>
<li>Travel to key accounts on a very regular basis across the US</li>
<li>Maintain clear sales reports and build forecasts for each account</li>
<li>Resolve customer issues, report them to upper management, take corrective actions</li>
<li>Watch competition and inform upper management</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>Strong previous experience in selling Food and Beverages to mass retailers</li>
<li>Perfect English communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to be very aggressive sales wise, while managing very precisely your accounts</li>
<li>Ability to travel 25% to 40% of the time across the US</li>
<li>Good knowledge of MS Office</li>
<li>Very strong negotiation skills</li>
