Objective

The Recruitment Coordinator will be incharge of assisting the CEO in his searches for candidates and new business opportunities. This internship will teach you more about how to use search engines and social networks for business as well as show you everything about job hunting, so that finding the right job opportunities will never be a problem anymore.

Ideal Profile

The ideal profile is a bachelor student in Miami, with a very strong and serious passion for the internet and technologies in general. He has to have a scientific background or mindset and willing to develop a career in business.

Job Description

RECRUITMENT COORDINATION:
• Post job ads on job boards
• Sort resumes
• Search resume databases
• Search Social Networks (Linkedin, Facebook, twitter…)

SALES & MARKETING COORDINATION:

• Search business leads
• Emailings
• Participate in improving our on-line tools (website, blog, social network profiles…)
• Organize small local events

Requirements

• Passion for Internet and technologies (social networks, Search engine optimization, blogs, sponsored links…)
• Willing to grow in business with a scientific background / mindset
• Very curious and eager to learn
• Local candidates only
• Working part-time or full-time to be negotiated

Compensation

• From 0 to $500 per month depending on experience
