Our Client

Our client for this position is a well established family owned high-end kitchenware manufacturer and distributor, headquartered in the greater New York area.The company is opening a Latin America office in Miami.

Objective

The Latin America Marketing & Sales Coordinator will be in charge of assisting the Latin America Director in growing the business by helping on any marketing aspect (catalogs, packaging design, pricing, presentations, event coordination…)

Ideal Profile

The ideal profile for this position is a Marketing professional, trilingual English, Spanish and Portuguese with experience working with latin america in consumer or luxury goods. This person needs a very good professional maturity to be able to make presentations…

Job Description

Develop catalogs
Participate in adapting packaging design and concepts to Latin America
Develop and maintain price lists
Develop PowerPoint presentations
Coordinate sales collateral
Follow up on sales leads
Process the orders
Track customer orders
Participate in building forecasts and projections
Manage inventory

Requirements

Fully Trilingual English, Spanish and Portuguese
Previous experience in working with Latin America for Luxury or Consumer Goods brands or distributors
Apreciated previous experiences: Tableware, Tabletop, Flatware, Dinnerware, Chinaware, Glassware, Barware, Cutlery…
Ability to talk to clients at a senior level and make presentations
Good follow-up skills
Very autonomous and organized
Very good skills with Excel and the rest of MS Office
Up-to-date work authorization (US Citizenship, Green Card, renewable H1B visa…)

Compensation

Base salary of $40k to $50k depending on experience
Full benefits package

Our Client

Our client for this position is a well established family owned kitchenware manufacturer and distributor, headquartered in the greater New York area.

Objective

The Sales Representative will be in charge of opening and developping the business with large retailers and distributors/importers in Brazil.

Ideal Profile

The ideal profile is a strong local sales executive based in Sao Paulo, Brazil with an up-to-date address book of retail chains and distributors in the country. A previous experience in kitchenware, houseware is highly preferable. Innovative and visionary mindset with a “hand-on” and aggressive approach.

Job Description

Open new accounts by cold calling on potential customers and regular visits
Grow sales and profit with existing accounts according to budget
Review purchase orders for accuracy
Prepare forecasts and operational objectives by account and category
Plan and coordinate orders to new and existing customers
Participate in designing marketing materials to boost sales in accordance with the Marketing Department
Manage customers stock levels
Analyze and challenge customers sales forecasts
Maintain and proper reporting to corporate
Participate in Trade Shows
Coordinate promotional events

Requirements

True sales mindset, willing to work with a strong commision structure
Previous experience in Kitchenware, Houseware, Tableware, Tabletop, Flatware, Dinnerware, Chinaware, Glassware, Barware, Cutlery very appreciated
Up-to-date address book of retailers and distributors in Brazil
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fully bilingual English and Portuguese

Compensation

$2,000 base salary per month + strong commission structure
