Our Client

Our client for this career opportunity is the Travel Retail and Latin America office of a large group in Luxury Fragrances, Skincare and Cosmetics.

Objective

The Product Manager is in charge of a line line of product or a brand and coordinate every aspect of its distribution in Latin America and Travel Retail (Launching and promotional events, budgets, trends…)

Job Description

Report monthly to management on products launches results
Analyze and propose catalogs recommendations for some clients
Maintain inventory levels to avoid ruptures
Review and revise product forecasts on a monthly basis
Preparation of all marketing books/brochures as pertinent to introduction of new products
Preparation of price lists
Regular competition studies
Maintain updated product files
Make recommendations on PLV material and promotions
Forecast PLV & promotions
Monitor expenses according to budgets
Ordering necessary advertising and public relations materials
Create press kits for launches or any news to be printed in local markets
Create the text for newsletters to send to clients/BAs concerning our products
Maintain a record of all advertisements in brochures, price lists, magazines, etc
Interact with purchasing to ensure proper handling of products
Prepare presentations (to clients / management / internal division)
Prepare material for sales meetings, client mailings, etc

Requirements

Bachelor in Marketing
1 to 3 years previous work experience preferably with luxury or consumer goods (Fragrances, Perfumes, Fashion, Apparel, Watches, Writing Instruments…)
Very proficient with MS Office
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Very organized and detail oriented
Up-to-date US work authorization

Compensation

Base salary around $40k plus bonus
Full benefits package

Objective

The Latin America Marketing & Sales Coordinator will be in charge of assisting the Latin America Director in growing the business by helping on any marketing aspect (catalogs, packaging design, pricing, presentations, event coordination…)

Ideal Profile

The ideal profile for this position is a Marketing professional, trilingual English, Spanish and Portuguese with experience working with latin america in consumer or luxury goods. This person needs a very good professional maturity to be able to make presentations…

Job Description

Develop catalogs
Participate in adapting packaging design and concepts to Latin America
Develop and maintain price lists
Develop PowerPoint presentations
Coordinate sales collateral
Follow up on sales leads
Process the orders
Track customer orders
Participate in building forecasts and projections
Manage inventory

Requirements

Fully Trilingual English, Spanish and Portuguese
Previous experience in working with Latin America for Luxury or Consumer Goods brands or distributors
Apreciated previous experiences: Tableware, Tabletop, Flatware, Dinnerware, Chinaware, Glassware, Barware, Cutlery…
Ability to talk to clients at a senior level and make presentations
Good follow-up skills
Very autonomous and organized
Very good skills with Excel and the rest of MS Office
Up-to-date work authorization (US Citizenship, Green Card, renewable H1B visa…)

Compensation

Base salary of $40k to $50k depending on experience
