Our Client

Our client is a very well known international Wine & Spirits group with a few brands in the super premium category.

Objective

The objective of the position is to develop relationships with Key Accounts in the Florida, Dallas and Colorado market as well as network with high net worth individuals.

Ideal Profile

The ideal profile is a sales professional with a strong Luxury product culture and understanding. Minimum 4 -5 years experience. Excellent presentation, able to speak in public.

Job Description

Develop relationships with on and off premise key accounts over Florida, the Dallas area and Colorado (educate, drive distribution, improve recognition, design sales programs, maintain and improve positioning, growth sales)
Network with high net worth individuals (Prospect using existing platforms, associations, networking events, education…)
Develop loyalty programs.

Requirements

Strong luxury understanding
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Maturity and self confidence to to VIP networking
Public speaking skills
Available on evening and week ends (full time job with non conventional hours)
Ability to sell and motivate
Analytical skills for budgeting and forecasting
Bachelor preferred
Good knowledge of wine & spirits strongly preferred

Job Description

Manage daily correspondence with assigned vendors/accounts
Responsible for delivery window to ensure steady flow of merchandise and cancellation dates are respected
Work closely with shipping to manage logistics process from duties, customs and freight forwarder relations
Review and Process order confirmations for the 150 points of sales
Work/Interact with the Headquarters (Europe) and the US sales team to achieve objectives.
Examine sold out and stock reports in order to forecast
Communicate and follow up on all payment related issues to Finance and Buyers
Create faulty stock receipts analysis report resulting in weekly vendor RA approval
Create and monitor weekly returns analysis report for live SKU modification
Create and study weekly reports to identify category and location sales opportunities.
Analyze inventory by merchandise category and retail/wholesale locations to support stock levels and sales forecast

Requirements

Very proficient with EXCEL
Bachelor Degree required
1-2 years of relevant experience
Excellent verbal and written skills
Detailed oriented and organizational skills
Proven ability to work with strict deadlines
Excellent work ethic and ability to multi-task
Ability to identify problems, demonstrate use of initiative and implement appropriate solutions.
Fluency in French and/or Italian a plus
