<li>Negotiate and maintain special corporate accounts for gift purchases, florists, etc.</li>

<h3>Job Description</h3>
<ul>
<li>Build up a solid and profitable distribution base in the domestic and travel retail markets,</li>
<li>Assess the current business, develop a clear strategic plan for the business and control the good execution in all points of sales,</li>
<li>Negotiate with local retailers and follow-up the commercial agreements through regular visits of the retailers head office, ensure regular visits of the points of sales and prospect new ones, </li>
<li>Control the good execution of the marketing plan within all the point of sales: launch of novelties, promotions, animation…, </li>
<li>Check the conformity of the visual merchandising norms established by the brand to standards in all points of sales, obtain and maintain the best possible exposure in every point of sales in terms of: brand location, shelf space, cleanliness of display stands or other merchandising tools, adequate stock by product reference,</li>
<li>Ensure brand communication programme, organize local PR events,</li>
<li>Manage the retail sales staff: establish working schedules, recruit new employees (source, select and interview candidates), provide effective leadership and control of the performances of the team,</li>
<li>Organize and prepare training program with the training department in HQ, conduct local training sessions for retail sales staff and coordinate in-store promotions,</li>
<li>Supervise/plan shipping operations, take care of respect of deadlines for delivery and replenishment,</li>
<li>Reinforce customer service and control after-sales service procedures and optimise the stock level,</li>
<li>Provide proper and detailed reports on a regular basis to the upper management</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor Degree minimum (MBA a plus)</li>
<li>6 to 8 years experience in the luxury or consumer goods industries, latin american local markets or travel retail (Perfumes, fragrances, watches, timepieces, jewelry, fashion, apparel, food &#038; beverage, wine &#038; spirits, consumer electronics, etc…)</li>
<li>Bilingual English and Spanish (French and/or Portuguese a plus)</li>
<li>Excellent with MS Office, Excel in particular</li>
<li>VERY open to Travel internationally and work extended hours</li>
<li>Familiar with multicultural and international environment</li>
<li>Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks</li>

<p>The ideal profile is an senior Area Sales Manager with previous experience in either cosmetics, fragrances or watches and preferably a strong experience in the Latin America local markets.</p>
<h3>Job Description</h3>
<ul>
<li>Build up a solid and profitable distribution base in the domestic and travel retail markets,</li>
<li>Assess the current business, develop a clear strategic plan for the business and control the good execution in all points of sales,</li>
<li>Negotiate with local retailers and follow-up the commercial agreements through regular visits of the retailers head office, ensure regular visits of the points of sales and prospect new ones, </li>
<li>Control the good execution of the marketing plan within all the point of sales: launch of novelties, promotions, animation…, </li>
<li>Check the conformity of the visual merchandising norms established by the brand to standards in all points of sales, obtain and maintain the best possible exposure in every point of sales in terms of: brand location, shelf space, cleanliness of display stands or other merchandising tools, adequate stock by product reference,</li>
<li>Ensure brand communication programme, organize local PR events,</li>
<li>Manage the retail sales staff: establish working schedules, recruit new employees (source, select and interview candidates), provide effective leadership and control of the performances of the team,</li>
<li>Organize and prepare training program with the training department in HQ, conduct local training sessions for retail sales staff and coordinate in-store promotions,</li>
<li>Supervise/plan shipping operations, take care of respect of deadlines for delivery and replenishment,</li>
<li>Reinforce customer service and control after-sales service procedures and optimise the stock level,</li>
<li>Provide proper and detailed reports on a regular basis to the upper management</li>

<ul>
<li>Formulate and apply analytical techniques in order to optimized methods</li>
<li>Use knowledge of sales and marketing  to develop strategies</li>
<li>Interpret information and provide decision making and planning recommendations</li>
<li>Business Intelligence</li>
<li>Analyze and provide recommendations on various aspects such as logistics, databases, supply chain, marketing &#038; budgeting</li>

<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor or Masters degree in Finance or Business Administration</li>
<li>3 to 5 years in fiancial analyst or related position (preferably in Consumer Goods, Luxury Goods, Consumer Electronics for Latin America or the Travel Retail industry</li>
<li>Open to international travels

<li>Bilingual English and Spanish</li>

<h3>Job Description</h3>
<ul>
<li>Work with Corporate Visual team to gather artistic direction and order information and effectively communicate it to the stores.</li>
<li>
Place and track orders for all stores.</li>
<li>
Coordinate and supervise window installations and displays and all in-store merchandising.
</li>
<li>Visit stores regularly to ensure that visual direction is being followed.
</li>
<li>Help train Store Managers in visual display.
</li>
<li>Provide regular reports to Regional Director of Stores and Director of Visual Merchandising regarding status of visual direction in the region, areas for improvement, recommendations, etc.
</li>
<li>Maintain and meet budgets for all in-store visual displays and installations (freelancers, flowers, props, etc.).
</li>
<li>Assist Regional Director of Stores, Corporate Visual Merchandising Department, other corporate departments and Store Managers with visual aspects of new store openings and all aspects (both visual and otherwise) of special events and other store initiatives.
</li>
<li>Report to Regional Director of Stores and the Director of Visual Merchandising with follow-up memos/photos of store windows and interior visual direction for events.
</li>
<li>Work with individual stores to develop initiatives to retain VICs as well as develop new customers, utilizing the entire product assortment.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>

<li>3 &#8211; 5 years Visual Merchandising experience in a retail specialty or luxury environment.
</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent.
</li>
<li>Experience with Ready-to-Wear and Accessories.

<li>Outstanding interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
