<h3>Objective</h3>
<p>The Account Executive will be in charge of visiting his accounts (department stores, duty free stores in airports&#8230;) to develop the business.</p>
<h3>Ideal Profile</h3>
<p>The ideal profile is junior sales executive with potential and previous experience in the Luxury Goods industry in the Mexican market.</p>
<h3>Job Description</h3>

<li>Forecast sales by product and by territory</li>
<li>Travel and meet with the retailers</li>
<li>Budget and plan on a yearly basis with your clients</li>
<li>Negotiate prices, quantity and spaces in POS</li>

<p>Our client for this career opportunity is the Mexican office of a large group in Luxury Fragrances, Skincare and Cosmetics. This office is charge of both the Mexican local market and the Mexican Duty Free.</p>
<h3>Objective</h3>
<p>The Brand Manager will be in charge of the development and execution of brands strategies and plans in the local and travel retail markets of Mexico. He/she will be in charge of designing and organizing product launches and promotional events throughout the country. This will also involve precise budget monitoring and forecasting.</p>
<h3>Ideal Profile</h3>
<p>The ideal profile for this role is someone with 3 to 5 years experience in the fragrance or cosmetics industry and excellent knowledge of the Mexican market. Other luxury goods backgrounds are appreciated but experience the Mexican market would be a must (Watches, Accessories, Fashion&#8230;)</p>
<h3>Job Description</h3>
<ul>
<li>Work as a liaison between the sales teams, travelling to the markets and the clients/distributors. Provide them with the necessary information from product knowledge, budget, marketing activities, PR, etc…</li>
<li>Work with Sales and Marketing management to develop launches and promotions to ensure brand growth on the territory on a per country basis (includes pricing, assortment, forecast, training, merchandising and media)</li>
<li>Manage and monitor the clients/distributors&#8217; A&#038;P budgets by brand and on a monthly basis</li>
<li>Manage the media budget during key periods on each territory</li>
<li>Design presentations dedicated to both the sales teams and the distributors explaining plans and marketing strategies</li>
<li>Watch competition and trends </li>
<li>Coordinate with distributors the proper implementation of merchandising materials and corporate guidelines</li>
<li>Recommend new strategies, approaches and products to upper management</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>3 to 5 years relevant marketing experience preferably with Fragrance and/or cosmetics background (other luxury goods categories also possible: watches, accessories, fashion)</li>
<li>Previous experience in working the Mexican market</li>
<li>Bachelor or equivalent (Masters preferred) in Marketing</li>
<li>Entrepreneur mindset</li>
<li>Very proficient with Excel and MS Office in general</li>

<p>Our client for this opportunity is a Latin America Regional Headquarter for a well known Luxury Goods group.</p>
<h3>Objective</h3>
<p>The Area Sales Manager will be in charge of visiting its Latin American and Caribbean territories to ensure sell in and sell through goals are met as well as the brand&#8217;s positioning and image.</p>

<h3>Ideal Profile</h3>
<p>The ideal profile is a trilingual (English, Spanish and French) sales executive with strong previous experience in the Luxury Goods industry with Latin America whether Local Markets (or travel retail).</p>
<h3>Job Description</h3>
<ul>
<li>Forecast sales by product and by territory</li>
<li>Travel and meet with the distributors</li>
<li>Budget and plan on a yearly basis with your clients</li>
<li>Negotiate prices, quantity and spaces in POS</li>
<li>Advise your clients on how to spend their marketing budget</li>
<li>Manage your P&#038;L on your territory (for senior level)</li>
<li>Manage between 0 and 3 Account Executives depending on level of seniority</li>
<li>Visit points of sales</li>
<li>Make sure the marketing plan and the merchandising is properly implemented</li>
<li>Train the sales staff</li>
<li>Coordinate promotional events and launches</li>
<li>Control inventory</li>
<li>Watch competition and market trends</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor Degree minimum (MBA a plus)</li>
<li>3 to 5 years experience in the luxury or consumer goods industries, latin american local markets or travel retail (Perfumes, fragrances, watches, timepieces, jewelry, fashion, apparel, food &#038; beverage, wine &#038; spirits, consumer electronics, etc…)</li>
<li>Bilingual English and Spanish (French and/or Portuguese a plus)</li>
<li>Excellent with MS Office, Excel in particular</li>
<li>VERY open to Travel internationally and work extended hours</li>
<li>Familiar with multicultural and international environment</li>
<li>Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks</li>
<li>Perfect presentation and communication skills</li>
<li>Very good skills with Excel and the rest of MS Office</li>
<li>Up-to-date work authorization (US Citizenship, Green Card, renewable H1B visa…)</li>
</ul>
<h3>Compensation</h3>

<li>Annual base of $65k to $75k</li>
