<p>The ideal profile for this role is someone with a good professional maturity and a good previous administrative background. Must be bilingual English and Spanish. Must be very good with MS Office.</p>

<li>Corporate meeting planning/event planning.  </li>
<li>Liaison for all communication with top retail account contacts.</li>
<li>Liaison between Headquarters in Europe and corporate North American office.</li>
<li>Provide office coverage of telephones/routing of incoming mail, and daily office functions.</li>
<li>All calendar/travel scheduling for Executive </li>
<li>Supervise office accounts specifically for office supplies and kitchen supplies.</li>
<li>Maintain an ongoing report of the department’s budget expenditures</li>
<li>Supervise submission of T&#038;E forms on a monthly basis </li>
<li>Negotiate and maintain special corporate accounts for gift purchases, florists, etc.</li>
<li>Special projects and miscellaneous duties as required.</li>

<h3>Job Description</h3>

<li>Manage the sell through and the execution of promotional program at the retail level</li>
<li>Participate in establishing budgets for the region</li>
<li>Maintain expense reports (travels and promotions)</li>
<li>Responsible for achieving the sales goals on the region</li>
<li>Maintain and develop good relationships with stores staffs</li>
<li>Control inventory at the retail level</li>
<li>Produce monthly retail sales reporting</li>
<li>Propose promotional activities to address slow trending accounts</li>
<li>Recruit and motivate in-store staff and consultants: establish goals and evaluate their performance</li>
<li>Keep in-store staff informed with company programs</li>

CONCEPTION OF PROJECTS</p>
<li>Inform all departments of new projects on the region</li>
<li>Produce technical drawings and elevations for personalized projects</li>
<li>Advise Directors and Managers in the negotiations of new space in the point of sales</li>
<li>Design Point of Sales Merchandising materials for large promotions in accordance with Marketing and Merchandising guidelines</li>
<p>PRODUCTION</p>
<li>Follow up abd control the fabrication with suppliers (pictures, shop floor plan&#8230;)</li>
<li>Organize and ensure the installations with the different teams (Commercial, clients, suppliers, airports)</li>
<li>Participate in the major installations, guarantee thei quality and take corrective measures if necessary</li>
<p>PERMANENT POS MATERIALS</p>
<li>Visit the markets and ensure the Travel Retail Market specificities are respected as well as the generic Brand guidelines</li>
<li>Ensure the update of the POS database</li>
<li>Ensure the forecasts of the POS Material and its installation</li>
<p>BUDGET</p>
