<p>Our client for this opportunity is a Latin America Regional Headquarter for a well known Luxury Watches Brand.</p>
<h3>Objective</h3>
<p>The Area Sales Manager will be in charge of visiting its Latin American territories to ensure sell in and sell through goals are met as well as the brand&#8217;s positioning and image.</p>

<h3>Ideal Profile</h3>
<p>The ideal profile is a bilingual English – Spanish (Portuguese and French are a strong plus) sales executive with strong previous experience in the Luxury Goods industry (Luxury watches) with Latin America whether Local Markets (or travel retail).</p>
<h3>Job Description</h3>
<ul>
<li>Forecast sales by product and by territory (luxury watches in Latin America)</li>
<li>Travel and meet with the distributors</li>
<li>Budget and plan on a yearly basis with your clients</li>
<li>Negotiate prices, quantity and spaces in POS</li>
<li>Advise your clients on how to spend their marketing budget</li>
<li>Manage your P&#038;L on your territory (for senior level)</li>
<li>Manage between 0 and 3 Account Executives depending on level of seniority</li>
<li>Visit points of sales</li>
<li>Make sure the marketing plan and the merchandising is properly implemented</li>
<li>Train the sales staff</li>
<li>Coordinate promotional events and launches</li>
<li>Control inventory</li>
<li>Watch competition and market trends</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor Degree minimum (MBA a plus)</li>
<li>3 to 5 years experience in the luxury goods (luxury watches) or consumer goods industries, latin American local markets or travel retail (Perfumes, fragrances, watches, timepieces, jewelry, fashion, apparel, food &#038; beverage, wine &#038; spirits, consumer electronics, etc…)</li>
<li>Bilingual English and Spanish (French and/or Portuguese a plus)</li>
<li>Excellent with MS Office, Excel in particular</li>
<li>VERY open to Travel internationally and work extended hours</li>
<li>Familiar with multicultural and international environment</li>
<li>Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks</li>
<li>Perfect presentation and communication skills</li>
<li>Very good skills with Excel and the rest of MS Office</li>
<li>Up-to-date work authorization (US Citizenship, Green Card, renewable H1B visa…)</li>
