<p>This position is responsible for the professional and efficient managing of visitors, telephone calls and messages, as well as a variety of clerical duties that support costumer services, information and referral and the operation and presentation of a professional office.</p>

<h3>Job Description</h3>
<ul>
<li>Receive and direct all visitors to the correct person in the Organization</li>
<li>Manage all telephone calls and messages, directing them to the right person and following up appropriately</li>
<li>Receive, classify and distribute all incoming mail and couriers</li>
<li>Prepare all outgoing couriers. Ensure timely preparation not to miss pick-up time. Coordinate deliveries to consolidate when possibly. Identify sender and cost center to track expenses and prepare monthly report to Finance</li>
<li>Keep the Reception Area always clean and tidy</li>
<li>Manage relationship with the building management to provide all necessary maintenance, key copies, parking decals, access cards and parking stamps, etc.</li>
<li>Coordinate with building management all repair and maintenance needs</li>
<li>Keep updated schedule for the Video Conference Room and the Meeting Room</li>
<li>Ensure Conference Rooms are always clean and ready to be used</li>
<li>Set up projectors and video conference room when needed. Set up the video conferences, operate and program the video equipment and projectors</li>
<li>Assist in the organization of meetings in the office, ensuring the rooms are ready to be used, all needed equipment and supplies are ready, lunch/snacks have been ordered, etc.</li>
<li>Periodically update extension list file of the Miami office and distribute to users in the office, in NY and in the Affiliates. Likewise, update names and contact information of key users in the three Affiliates in a local file</li>
<li>Keep updated database of hotels and restaurants in the Area. Negotiate tariffs with hotels and restaurants</li>
<li>Assist with all hotel and restaurants reservations needs</li>
<li>Organize activities for the birthdays of the month (lunch, happy hour, cake in the office). Buy birthday gifts for employees</li>
<li>Process and maintain extension tree (Telephone System)</li>
<li>Reset passwords for new users (Telephone System)</li>
<li>In charge of updates and general maintenance of the system and to support users to program basic functions (voice mail, numbers in memory, forwards calls, etc.) (Telephone System)</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>Very good presentation and communication skills</li>
<li>Good knowledge of MS Office is very well appreciated</li>
<li>Appreciated previous industry experience: Wine &amp; Spirits, Luxury Goods, Consumer Goods, Food and Beverage, Travel Retail, Consumer Electronics, Fragrances, Cosmetics, Watch &amp; Jewelry</li>

<p>The Marketing Manager will be in charge of the development and execution of brands strategies and plans in Latin American local markets. He/she will be in charge of designing and organizing product launches and promotional events throughout the Latin America region. This will also involve precise budget monitoring and forecasting.</p>

<li>Work as a liaison between the sales teams, travelling to the markets and the clients/distributors. Provide them with the necessary information from product knowledge, budget, marketing activities, PR, etc…</li>
<li>Work with Sales and Marketing management to develop launches and promotions to ensure brand growth on the territory on a per country basis (includes pricing, assortment, forecast, training, merchandising and media)</li>
<li>Manage and monitor the clients/distributors&#8217; A&#038;P budgets by brand and on a monthly basis</li>
<li>Manage the media budget during key periods on each territory</li>
<li>Design presentations dedicated to both the sales teams and the distributors explaining plans and marketing strategies</li>
<li>Watch competition and trends </li>
<li>Coordinate with distributors the proper implementation of merchandising materials and corporate guidelines</li>
<li>Recommend new strategies, approaches and products to upper management</li>

<h3>Objective</h3>
<p>Propose and elaborate tailor-made animation and trade plans allowing the brand to increase its market share in each account. Act as the primary point of contact with the customer base for the execution of initiatives agreed by Area/Regional management.</li>

Plan, develop and implement personalization projects with internal and external partners</li>

Prepare and manage trade fairs </li>
<li>
Participate in key business reviews’ preparation and presentation and generate fresh ideas.</li>

In close relationship with the Marketing Manager, participate in cross functional consumer brand exposure team to shape brand activation strategy and implementation.</li>

In close relation with the Business Analysis Manager, ensure that trade plans to deliver sell out and market share targets.</li>

Ensure alignment across the Business Unit on field sales needs and marketing initiatives.</li>

Align with other Trade Marketing Managers to ensure a consistent and coherent look for the brand globally; keeping fixtures and visuals up to date and ensuring timing of promotional events are aligned to ensure maximum impact</li>

Fully understand the market dynamics of ITR confectionary market  to seek out and identify business growth opportunities (brand strategies and new product development) in liaison with Marketing.</li>
<li>
Continuously gather intelligence/research on the brand’s performance, customer and consumer attitudes to identify opportunities and improvements.</li>
<li>
Present and review marketing activity and performance at sales and marketing conferences and other meetings.</li>

<h3>Objective</h3>
<p>The candidate will manage half of South America, travel to markets according to yearly schedule, and implements Sales and Marketing policies. He/she will keep track of competition, will be fully responsible for achieving Sales and marketing Budgets within South America by respecting  the brand&#8217;s guidelines , under the supervision of the Regional Director.</p>

<p>We are looking for someone with a Watch industry background, fully bilingual English and Spanish and available to travel internationally about 50% of the time. </p>
<h3>Job Description</h3>
<ul>
<li>Analyzes sell thru changes and modify recommended assortments, based on forecast and customer sales history.</li>
<li>Maintains contact with in-store sales personnel to maintain top of mind presence.</li>
<li>Takes POS pictures and archive in database. Inform.</li>
<li>Negotiates display and corner space per brand, per store.</li>
<li>Checks for proper merchandising, and corrects as needed.</li>
<li>Implements local promotions and launches.</li>
<li>Trains Points of Sales personnel regularly on products and merchandising.</li>
<li>Follows up on implementations of marketing flow chart during each visit and reports variances to RSM and MM. </li>
<li>Collects invoices and back-up info on marketing activities.</li>
<li>Collects information regarding competition (level of sales, ranking, new products, new POS). Updates competition distribution charts per market.</li>
<li>Evaluates existing distribution, and proposes accounts’ opening and closing.</li>
<li>Controls inventories and propose orders based on Inventory Management forms. </li>
<li> Analyses  customers orders before forwarding internally for further processing .</li>
<li>Follow up on backorder situation</li>
<li>Organizes local promotions, launches, and training sessions.</li>
<li>Keeps display and transparencies databases constantly updated.</li>
<li>Analyses variances with RSM, and implements corrective measures.</li>
<li>Chases receivables to be payed on due dates by customers under the control of  Finance in Miami.  Sorts out  pending issues on accounts receivable  with  client based on info of Finance </li>
<li>Reports regularly on market conditions, competition activities and distribution changes.</li>
<li>Updates regularly database regarding competition pricing and distribution. </li>

<p>The objective of the position is to develop relationships with Key Accounts in the Florida, Dallas and Colorado market as well as network with high net worth individuals.</p>
<h3>Ideal Profile</h3>
<p>The ideal profile is a sales professional with a strong Luxury product culture and understanding. Minimum 4 -5 years experience. Excellent presentation, able to speak in public.</p>
<h3>Job Description</h3>
<ul>
<li>Develop relationships with on and off premise key accounts over Florida, the Dallas area and Colorado (educate, drive distribution, improve recognition, design sales programs, maintain and improve positioning, growth sales)</li>
<li>Network with high net worth individuals (Prospect using existing platforms, associations, networking events, education…)</li>
<li>Develop loyalty programs.</li>
