Our client is the is a large and international luxury fragrance & cosmetics group. The position is for their Latin America office in Miami.

Objective

The objective in this position is to provide product trainings to Beauty Advisors (aka Beauty Consultants) across Latin America. In addition you will be expected to manage the trainers employed locally by your distributors (provide guide-lines, follow-up…). Finally you will also be expected to act as Sell-Out Manager to make sure everything works well on the points of sales (flash trainings, merchandising, incentive programs, inventory…).

• 1 to 2 years experience in the luxury or consumer goods industries, latin american local markets or travel retail (Perfumes, fragrances, watches, timepieces, jewelry, fashion, apparel, food & beverage, wine & spirits, consumer electronics, etc…)
• Bilingual English and Spanish (French a strong plus)
• proficient with PowerPoint
• VERY open to Travel internationally and work extended hours
• Familiar with multicultural and international environment
• Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Perfect presentation and communication skills

Compensation

• Base salary around $40k
