<li>Implement the sale strategy design with the VP of Sales &#038; Marketing</li>
<li>Grow Sales in North America by managing the sales team on the field </li>
<li>Set territories and goals</li>
<li>Hire, train and develop the Sales staff</li>
<li>Open new key accounts and develop sales with existing ones (discounters, mass retailers, specialty stores, department stores, independents and warehouse clubs)</li>
<li>Forecast sales and margins by territory, account, category and line</li>
<li>Develop impactful promotions, sales programs and merchandising plans in partnership with marketing to drive sales</li>
<li>Conduct market audits, provide competitive and opportunity assessment and business development direction including new products to marketing</li>
<li>Work with VP of Sales &#038; Marketing to design, develop and execute new channel development initiatives </li>
<li>Responsible for achieving volume, profitability and related financial performance objectives</li>
<li>Responsible for sales and trade marketing budgets</li>
