Title: VP of International Sales & Marketing Manager

This position is critically important to their growth strategy and requires strong leadership, a true entrepreneurial spirit, and an aggressive go-getter attitude with unwavering initiative. Candidates must have extensive experience in opening new markets around the world, and executional know-how to sell in different global markets, especially in Latin America. This position is ideal for an experienced export professional wanting to take on much greater responsibility in a smaller, faster-paced entrepreneurial setting. They are the opposite of a P&G type structured corporate environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international sales in Latin America and up to date connections with Distributors as well as retailers (Wal-Mart, Carrefour…).
Primary Responsibilities:
· Create and execute strategic plan for rapid global expansion: market by market analysis, sales objectives by region, prioritization of new markets for expansion, strategies and tactics by market, budget, etc.
· Establish, manage and execute international marketing budget.
