OUR CLIENT
Our client for this position is a worldwide leader in the Fragrances and Cosmetics industry. This opening is for their Miami office dedicated to Latin American and Travel Retail.
OBJECTIVE
Responsible for entire supply chain process to include product inception, product performance analysis to eventual discontinuation and stock depletion for their respective brands. We are looking for a detailed and analytical person with logistics experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Transmission of marketing books to suppliers Review daily inventory Timely submission of weekly/monthly orders to suppliers Analysis of supplier monthly confirmation Monthly marketing meetings Traffic/Warehouse communication Preparation of month-end stock adjustments Assembly of sets/promotions, internal or external subcontractors Preparation/Coordination of incoming shipments Coordination of client returns Year-End Inventory participation
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree preferred 5 years relevant previous experience logistics, supply chain or Purchasing Fully proficient in English, Spanish (French would be a plus) Very Analytical and detail oriented Extremely proficient with computer (mainly Excel and ERPs such as SAP or JD Edwards) Familiar with multicultural and international environment UP-TO-DATE US work authorization (US Citizenship, Green Card, H1B with more than 3 years possible renewal)
COMPENSATION
Base salary around $60k + bonus to be negotiated and depending on experience. Full benefits package
