<p>Develop the Latin American and  Caribbean region by repositionning the brand, opening and closing account in accordance with the company&#8217;s strategy.</p>

<p>The ideal profile for this position is a Senior Area Sales Manager or Brand Manager with good previous experience in the luxury watch industry and in Latin America.</p>
<h3>Job Description</h3>
<ul>
<li>Develop sales on the territory</li>
<li>Prepares, and maintains updated, the Yearly and 3 year Business Plan for each brand. </li>
<li>Prepares Marketing Plans. </li>
<li>Prepares Marketing budgets and updates them on a day-to-day, as needed basis. </li>
<li>Allocates and manages local marketing budgets.</li>
<li>Controls local implementation of Marketing budgets and plans, and reports on variances. </li>
<li>Implements corners negotiated by sales dept.</li>
<li>Prepares, updates and circulates Marketing and Training documentation.</li>
<li>Prepares communications to the trade and the press.</li>
<li>Organizes promotional material.</li>
<li>Prepares new products introductions.</li>
<li>Keeps a record of customers’ POS material needs, and Visuals.</li>
<li>Organizes logistical support for Conventions and Fairs.</li>
<li>Gathers information for reporting to Global Brands and Management</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor Degree minimum (MBA a plus)</li>
<li>7 to 10 years experience in the luxury goods industry for latin american local markets or travel retail preferably in Luxury watches (other possible industries: perfumes, fragrances, watches, timepieces, jewelry, fashion, apparel, food &#038; beverage, wine &#038; spirits, consumer electronics, etc…)</li>
<li>Bilingual English and Spanish (French and/or Portuguese a plus)</li>
<li>Excellent with MS Office, Excel in particular</li>
<li>VERY open to Travel internationally and work extended hours</li>
<li>Familiar with multicultural and international environment</li>
<li>Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks</li>

<p>The Director of Sales and Marketing will be in charge of developing sales and building the brand on his/her territory by managing a network of distributors through the region.</p>

<p>The ideal profile is an senior Area Sales Manager with previous experience in either cosmetics, fragrances or watches and preferably a strong experience in the Latin America local markets.</p>
<h3>Job Description</h3>
<ul>
<li>Build up a solid and profitable distribution base in the domestic and travel retail markets,</li>
<li>Assess the current business, develop a clear strategic plan for the business and control the good execution in all points of sales,</li>
<li>Negotiate with local retailers and follow-up the commercial agreements through regular visits of the retailers head office, ensure regular visits of the points of sales and prospect new ones, </li>
<li>Control the good execution of the marketing plan within all the point of sales: launch of novelties, promotions, animation…, </li>
<li>Check the conformity of the visual merchandising norms established by the brand to standards in all points of sales, obtain and maintain the best possible exposure in every point of sales in terms of: brand location, shelf space, cleanliness of display stands or other merchandising tools, adequate stock by product reference,</li>
<li>Ensure brand communication programme, organize local PR events,</li>
<li>Manage the retail sales staff: establish working schedules, recruit new employees (source, select and interview candidates), provide effective leadership and control of the performances of the team,</li>
<li>Organize and prepare training program with the training department in HQ, conduct local training sessions for retail sales staff and coordinate in-store promotions,</li>
<li>Supervise/plan shipping operations, take care of respect of deadlines for delivery and replenishment,</li>
<li>Reinforce customer service and control after-sales service procedures and optimise the stock level,</li>
<li>Provide proper and detailed reports on a regular basis to the upper management</li>
</ul>

<h3>Our Client</h3>
<p>Our client is a luxury goods brand with an office in Miami dedicated to the Latin American and Caribbean local markets as well as the Travel Retail in the Americas.</p>
<h3>Objective</h3>
<p>The Director of Sales and Marketing will be in charge of developing sales and building the brand on his/her territory by managing a network of distributors through the region.</p>

<h3>Ideal Profile</h3>
<p>The ideal profile is an senior Area Sales Manager with previous experience in either cosmetics, fragrances or watches and preferably a strong experience in the Latin America local markets.</p>
<h3>Job Description</h3>
<ul>
<li>Build up a solid and profitable distribution base in the domestic and travel retail markets,</li>
<li>Assess the current business, develop a clear strategic plan for the business and control the good execution in all points of sales,</li>
<li>Negotiate with local retailers and follow-up the commercial agreements through regular visits of the retailers head office, ensure regular visits of the points of sales and prospect new ones, </li>
<li>Control the good execution of the marketing plan within all the point of sales: launch of novelties, promotions, animation…, </li>
<li>Check the conformity of the visual merchandising norms established by the brand to standards in all points of sales, obtain and maintain the best possible exposure in every point of sales in terms of: brand location, shelf space, cleanliness of display stands or other merchandising tools, adequate stock by product reference,</li>
<li>Ensure brand communication programme, organize local PR events,</li>
<li>Manage the retail sales staff: establish working schedules, recruit new employees (source, select and interview candidates), provide effective leadership and control of the performances of the team,</li>
<li>Organize and prepare training program with the training department in HQ, conduct local training sessions for retail sales staff and coordinate in-store promotions,</li>
<li>Supervise/plan shipping operations, take care of respect of deadlines for delivery and replenishment,</li>
<li>Reinforce customer service and control after-sales service procedures and optimise the stock level,</li>
<li>Provide proper and detailed reports on a regular basis to the upper management</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor Degree minimum (MBA a plus)</li>
<li>6 to 8 years experience in the luxury or consumer goods industries, latin american local markets or travel retail (Perfumes, fragrances, watches, timepieces, jewelry, fashion, apparel, food &#038; beverage, wine &#038; spirits, consumer electronics, etc…)</li>
<li>Bilingual English and Spanish (French and/or Portuguese a plus)</li>
<li>Excellent with MS Office, Excel in particular</li>
<li>VERY open to Travel internationally and work extended hours</li>
<li>Familiar with multicultural and international environment</li>
<li>Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks</li>
<li>Perfect presentation and communication skills</li>
