Our client for this position is a very well known luxury fashion brand with worldwide recognition and a very large network of stores throughout the world.

Objective

Maintain and coordinate the visual merchandising function for the assigned stores.

Ideal Profile

The ideal profile is an experienced retail professional with strong background in visual merchandising for luxury brands and specialty stores.

Job Description

• Work with Corporate Visual team to gather artistic direction and order information and effectively communicate it to the stores.
• Place and track orders for all stores.
• Coordinate and supervise window installations and displays and all in-store merchandising.
• Visit stores regularly to ensure that visual direction is being followed.
• Help train Store Managers in visual display.
• Provide regular reports to Regional Director of Stores and Director of Visual Merchandising regarding status of visual direction in the region, areas for improvement, recommendations, etc.
• Maintain and meet budgets for all in-store visual displays and installations (freelancers, flowers, props, etc.).
• Assist Regional Director of Stores, Corporate Visual Merchandising Department, other corporate departments and Store Managers with visual aspects of new store openings and all aspects (both visual and otherwise) of special events and other store initiatives.
• Report to Regional Director of Stores and the Director of Visual Merchandising with follow-up memos/photos of store windows and interior visual direction for events.
• Work with individual stores to develop initiatives to retain VICs as well as develop new customers, utilizing the entire product assortment.

Requirements

• 3 – 5 years Visual Merchandising experience in a retail specialty or luxury environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent.
• Experience with Ready-to-Wear and Accessories.
• Experience with window installations.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.
• Team player.
• Store Planning background and budget management experience a plus.

Compensation

• $60k to $75k in annual base salary depending on experience
• Full benefits package

The ideal profile is an experienced Luxury Goods Store Manager used to large volumes ($8 millions in sales and up). The right candidate will also hold a bachelor degree as well as have the ability and the ambition to grow within this large global organization.

Job Description

• Plan and drive store sales to achieve store goals
• Recruit and select qualified candidates to maintain staffing and productivity requirements
• Establish, manage and review Sales Associates productivity goals to exceed Company standards
• Establish and demonstrate uncompromising customer service standards.
• Train Associates on product knowledge, selling and operational skills. Ensure follow through of all training programs
• Foster a positive, professional work environment that encourages ideas and innovative problem solving
• Demonstrate ability to evaluate issues, establish priorities and adjust direction when necessary

Requirements

Compensation

• Between $110k and $120k yearly base salary (depending on experience)

Job Description

Ideal candidate:

Previous experience as a Store Manager or Department Manager in the highest end of luxury retail and with very strong organization skills.

Objective:

Responsible for overall management of store’s operations, staff, merchandise and customer service. The operations Manager will also be responsible for supporting the achievement of sales objectives, maintaining and achieving high operational and merchandising standards and goals, building highly motivated teams and developing associates as needed.

Essential Duties:

·    To support the selling function of the boutique by managing the areas of operations including, but not limited to, human resources, cleaning, maintenance, security, supply, deposits / banking, training, POS systems and communication systems

·    To ensure that all policies, procedures and operational directives are enforced consistently and effectively by all personnel

·    To assist all departments in establishing organizational and systematic approaches to their goals

·    To ensure that all associates are trained in all operational policies and procedures and are kept up to date as required

·    Preparation of combined monthly reports for regional VP, including productivity, demographics, scheduling

Requirements: 

·    5 to 7 years previous experience in a retail setting with emphasis on operations, store management or office administration

·    College degree or equivalent (Bachelor a strong plus)

·    Conversational Spanish highly appreciated

·    Computer literate
