<h3>Objective</h3>
<p>The Account Executive will be in charge of visiting his accounts (department stores, duty free stores in airports&#8230;) to develop the business.</p>
<h3>Ideal Profile</h3>
<p>The ideal profile is junior sales executive with potential and previous experience in the Luxury Goods industry in the Mexican market.</p>
<h3>Job Description</h3>

<li>Forecast sales by product and by territory</li>
<li>Travel and meet with the retailers</li>
<li>Budget and plan on a yearly basis with your clients</li>
<li>Negotiate prices, quantity and spaces in POS</li>
<li>Advise your clients on how to spend their marketing budget</li>

<li>Make sure the marketing plan and the merchandising is properly implemented</li>

<p>Our client for this position is the Latin American office of a well know luxury watch brand.</p>
<h3>Objective</h3>
<p>The candidate will manage half of South America, travel to markets according to yearly schedule, and implements Sales and Marketing policies. He/she will keep track of competition, will be fully responsible for achieving Sales and marketing Budgets within South America by respecting  the brand&#8217;s guidelines , under the supervision of the Regional Director.</p>
<h3>Ideal Profile</h3>
<p>We are looking for someone with a Watch industry background, fully bilingual English and Spanish and available to travel internationally about 50% of the time. </p>
<h3>Job Description</h3>
<ul>
<li>Analyzes sell thru changes and modify recommended assortments, based on forecast and customer sales history.</li>
<li>Maintains contact with in-store sales personnel to maintain top of mind presence.</li>
<li>Takes POS pictures and archive in database. Inform.</li>
<li>Negotiates display and corner space per brand, per store.</li>
<li>Checks for proper merchandising, and corrects as needed.</li>
<li>Implements local promotions and launches.</li>
<li>Trains Points of Sales personnel regularly on products and merchandising.</li>
<li>Follows up on implementations of marketing flow chart during each visit and reports variances to RSM and MM. </li>
<li>Collects invoices and back-up info on marketing activities.</li>
<li>Collects information regarding competition (level of sales, ranking, new products, new POS). Updates competition distribution charts per market.</li>
<li>Evaluates existing distribution, and proposes accounts’ opening and closing.</li>
<li>Controls inventories and propose orders based on Inventory Management forms. </li>
<li> Analyses  customers orders before forwarding internally for further processing .</li>
<li>Follow up on backorder situation</li>
<li>Organizes local promotions, launches, and training sessions.</li>
<li>Keeps display and transparencies databases constantly updated.</li>
<li>Analyses variances with RSM, and implements corrective measures.</li>
<li>Chases receivables to be payed on due dates by customers under the control of  Finance in Miami.  Sorts out  pending issues on accounts receivable  with  client based on info of Finance </li>
<li>Reports regularly on market conditions, competition activities and distribution changes.</li>
<li>Updates regularly database regarding competition pricing and distribution. </li>
<li>Prepares account pre-opening forms and supplies necessary information for account opening.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>College degree required, master&#8217;s degree preferred</li>
<li>3-5 years of relevant professional experience</li>
<li>Bilingual English and Spanish (French is a strong plus)</li>
<li>Knowledge of and skill in using MS Office: Word, Excel and Powerpoint </li>
<li>Self motivation and ability to handle several different roles within the territory (sales, training, merchandising etc)</li>
<li>Excellent written communication skills for creating correspondence;</li>

<li>Achievement of the budgeted retail sell-out, as well as the turnover and the operating result for the year for assigned clients</li>
<li>Order preparation and follow up</li>
<li>Quantity forecasts revision</li>
<li>POS follow-up: sales, space, transparencies, merchandising, stocks, POSM</li>
<li>Advertising and Promotions: define the yearly marketing plan of each client and make sure of its application while assuring a close follow up on the A&#038;P budget</li>
<li>Trainings: follow up of the needs; organization and support; conduct trainings (when required by the Training department) </li>
<li>Gathering of information from the markets / clients</li>
<li>Transmit Information to the clients: new items, discontinued items, corporate guidelines, etc.</li>
<li>Motivation of the clients and the sales force </li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>

<li>College degree required</li>
<li>1-2 years of luxury retail sales experience OR a marketing internship with a luxury brand required.  Retail sales or internship experience with a luxury jewelry brand strongly preferred.</li>

<li>Self motivation and ability to handle several different roles within the territory (sales, training, merchandising etc)</li>
