<h3>Objective</h3>
<p>The Director of Sales and Marketing will be in charge of developing sales and building the brand on his/her territory by managing a network of distributors through the region.</p>

<h3>Ideal Profile</h3>
<p>The ideal profile is an senior Area Sales Manager with previous experience in either cosmetics, fragrances or watches and preferably a strong experience in the Latin America local markets.</p>
<h3>Job Description</h3>
<ul>
<li>Build up a solid and profitable distribution base in the domestic and travel retail markets,</li>
<li>Assess the current business, develop a clear strategic plan for the business and control the good execution in all points of sales,</li>
<li>Negotiate with local retailers and follow-up the commercial agreements through regular visits of the retailers head office, ensure regular visits of the points of sales and prospect new ones, </li>
<li>Control the good execution of the marketing plan within all the point of sales: launch of novelties, promotions, animation…, </li>
<li>Check the conformity of the visual merchandising norms established by the brand to standards in all points of sales, obtain and maintain the best possible exposure in every point of sales in terms of: brand location, shelf space, cleanliness of display stands or other merchandising tools, adequate stock by product reference,</li>
<li>Ensure brand communication programme, organize local PR events,</li>
<li>Manage the retail sales staff: establish working schedules, recruit new employees (source, select and interview candidates), provide effective leadership and control of the performances of the team,</li>
<li>Organize and prepare training program with the training department in HQ, conduct local training sessions for retail sales staff and coordinate in-store promotions,</li>
<li>Supervise/plan shipping operations, take care of respect of deadlines for delivery and replenishment,</li>
<li>Reinforce customer service and control after-sales service procedures and optimise the stock level,</li>
<li>Provide proper and detailed reports on a regular basis to the upper management</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>

<li>Bachelor Degree minimum (MBA a plus)</li>
<li>6 to 8 years experience in the luxury or consumer goods industries, latin american local markets or travel retail (Perfumes, fragrances, watches, timepieces, jewelry, fashion, apparel, food &#038; beverage, wine &#038; spirits, consumer electronics, etc…)</li>
<li>Bilingual English and Spanish (French and/or Portuguese a plus)</li>
<li>Excellent with MS Office, Excel in particular</li>

<p>The ideal profile for this position is a Senior Area Sales Manager or Brand Manager with good previous experience in the luxury watch industry and in Latin America.</p>
<h3>Job Description</h3>

<li>Develop sales on the territory</li>
<li>Prepares, and maintains updated, the Yearly and 3 year Business Plan for each brand. </li>
<li>Prepares Marketing Plans. </li>
<li>Prepares Marketing budgets and updates them on a day-to-day, as needed basis. </li>
<li>Allocates and manages local marketing budgets.</li>
<li>Controls local implementation of Marketing budgets and plans, and reports on variances. </li>
<li>Implements corners negotiated by sales dept.</li>
<li>Prepares, updates and circulates Marketing and Training documentation.</li>
<li>Prepares communications to the trade and the press.</li>
<li>Organizes promotional material.</li>
<li>Prepares new products introductions.</li>
<li>Keeps a record of customers’ POS material needs, and Visuals.</li>
<li>Organizes logistical support for Conventions and Fairs.</li>
<li>Gathers information for reporting to Global Brands and Management</li>

<h3>Requirements</h3>

<li>Bachelor Degree minimum (MBA a plus)</li>

<p>Our client for this position is the Americas Travel Retail and Latin America local markets office of a very large international group in luxury goods (Watches, Jewelry, Fragrances, Accessories).</p>
<h3>Objective</h3>
<p>Supervise all Marketing activities for the office dedidated to both the Latin American Local Markets and the Americas Travel Retail.</p>

<p>The ideal profile is a very experienced marketing manager in the luxury goods industry with previous experience in both latin america and travel retail (available to travel 25%)</p>
<h3>Job Description</h3>
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement a pan regional media strategy
</li>
<li>Negotiate advertising rates and premium positioning in key selected titles
</li>
<li>Negotiate value-added marketing initiatives within each publication
</li>
<li>Conduct competitive advertising analysis
</li>
<li>Work closely with Perfume Brand Managers to provide marketing guidance on their respective markets in Latin America
</li>
<li>Manage area’s Marketing Budget
</li>
<li>Oversee proper distribution of support materials (catalogs, Brochures) working with local fulfillment house and Italy headquarters
</li>
<li>Develop promotional fixtures for new product launches in perfume working with local suppliers
</li>
<li>Implement and maintain merchandising guidelines in retail and wholesale channels (product launches, theme windows, etc)—monitoring our  presentation through monthly  photos and feedback
</li>
<li>Maintain the inventory of merchandising props
</li>
<li>Create and implement trade shows and other planned events, as needed
</li>
<li>Manage all Interior Design projects (Perfues, Watches, Jewelry and Accessories) working closely with HQ and local suppliers
</li>
<li>Provide HQ with accurate product forecasts in Perfume
</li>
<li>Provide HQ with Monthly Reports for the region</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>7+ years of marketing experience in the luxury industry</li>
<li>
Knowledge of Latin American and Caribbean market is preferred</li>
<li>
MBA preferred</li>
<li>
Must have experience in media buying</li>
<li>
Strong presentation//PowerPoint required</li>

Must have experience in managing marketing budgets</li>

Must have experience managing others</li>
<li>
Strong Spanish skills required (Portuguese a plus)</li>

<p>The Account Executive will be in charge of travelling extensively to the Caribbean and North American Travel Retail accounts to implement sales and marketing policies (training, merchandising, operations marketing coordination).</p>

<h3>Job Description</h3>

<li>Optimizes sales per customer per point of sales according to agreed budget, and marketing investment guidelines.</li>
<li>Visits customers regularly to:</li>
<ul>
<li>Inform on sell thru changes and modifies recommended assortments</li>
<li>Maintain contact with sales personnel, and train them</li>
<li>Control inventories and propose orders based on inventory management forms</li>
<li>Forward orders to Sales Assistant in Miami</li>
<li>Take point of sales pictures</li>
</ul>
<li>Negotiates display and corner space per brand, per store</li>
<li>Checks for proper merchandising, and corrects as needed</li>
<li>Organizes local promotions, launches, and training sessions</li>
<li>Trains Points of Sales personnel regularly on products and merchandising</li>

<h3>Objective</h3>
<p>As an Area Sales Manager you will be assigned a brand or a portfoliio of brands to market and sell to a specific territory (North America, Caribbean, Central America or South America) and a specific market (local market or travel retail). You will be in charge of developping your business by closing deals with distributors / importers and make sure they have the tools and training they need to manage their retail sales.</p>
