<li>In-Store Induction Training: Manage the process of In-Store Induction<br />
for new employees.</li>
<li>Support the recruiting function by sorting resumes, conducting initial screening interviews, recruiting in the field, partnering with the corporate recruiting team. </li>
<li>After hire, monitoring the 90-day review process</li>
<li>Product Training: Customize and then deliver product training sessions in the store including: </li>
<li>Shoes, RTW, Leather Goods, Watches/Jewelry, Eyewear, Accessories</li>
<li>Work with in-store experts to ensure delivery of training on Selling/Suggestive Selling/Clienteling</li>
<li>Partner to create a follow-up action plan for product training sessions to reinforce learning</li>
<li>Oversee the Training Function: Work with store management and corporate<br />
training team.</li>
<li>Identify training opportunities within the store, create action plan accordingly.</li>
<li>Work with corporate training team to develop and then learn and deliver training modules created for stores</li>
<li>Create tools to measure the effects of training where possible</li>
<li>Accurately track attendance to training sessions within the store, report to corporate training department as needed</li>
<li>When needed, spend time on the sales floor supporting the selling<br />
function</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>

<li>2-4 years of training experience in High-End Fashion / Luxury Goods Industry</li>
<li>Proven track record in building client relationships </li>
<li>Knowledge of retail business (preferably high-end luxury goods)</li>
<li>Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience level and size </li>
<li>Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills </li>
