Our client is a luxury brand distribution company for Latin American Markets and Travel Retail.
Some of their clients: Azzaro, Bulgari, Carolina Herrera, Cartier, Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana, Escada, Gucci, Hermes, Hugo Boss, Kenzo, Lalique, Lancome, L’Occit

Objective

The Marketing Director is directly responsible for overall group’s marketing and strategic planning programs, and corporate communications. He or she must facilitate business development through marketing initiatives and client programs. He or she is responsible, with the country manager, for general performance of subsidiaries

Ideal Profile

The ideal profile for this role is an high potential, ambitious and entrepreneurial Marketing Manager with previous exprerience of distribution and/or retail of luxury brands in Latin America and/or Travel Retail. A previous experience in both large and small companies would be very appreciated.

Job Description

Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the company. Support and facilitate development and implementation of section business/marketing plans.
Work with Retail Director and store managers to develop marketing concept and strategy for each business.
Organize and implement client relations including:client management strategy, client programs, client satisfaction surveys, client development activities, client skills training, special events,
Participate in negotiations with supplier to agree up marketing budget and A&P’s investments and strategies.
Work with President and other directors to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Oversee corporate communications activities through Marketing Coordinator including:external communications and systems, internal communications and systems, public relations efforts , external vendors and consultants,
Oversee company electronic marketing efforts including supervision of Web site design and maintenance.
Supervise Marketing Manager, Brand Manager and Country Managers.

Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration (Master’s preferred)
At least 5 years in marketing manager role within commercial business, preferable with retail experience
Strong leadership and consensus building skills
Marketing management and strategic planning experience
A proven track record in developing and administering a marketing program
Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with people from different cultures at all levels in the organization
Polished presentation and interpersonal skills
Must possess top level business management, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
Needs good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications
Fully bilingual English and Spanish

Objective

The Director of Finance & Administration will implement the infrastructure and systems needed to support strategic objectives. He or she will be responsible for the oversight of administrative and financial systems, including finance, accounting, information technology, and logistics.
As a member of the senior management team, the Director of Finance and Administration will be involved in a range of strategic planning and internal initiatives. This executive will have direct management responsibility for a staff of 4, which includes: Accounting Manager, Logistic Manager, IT Manager and Treasure.

Job Description

The Director of Finance and Administration will have overall financial management responsibility, including the review and approval of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting materials and metrics for the Executive Director and Board of Directors.
S/he will oversee budget execution, financial forecasting, cash flow, and accounts payable and receivable.
The executive will serve as a partner to the Executive Director on the organization’s administrative and operational processes, with a goal of continuously developing and improving systems.
He or she will work with Executive Director and other directors in the identification and development of new business.
S/he must evaluate and improve, with the help of IT Manager and team, information technology infrastructure, implementing new technologies to support key capabilities as required for future growth.
He or she, with the support of Logistic Manager and his team, will be responsible for supply chain processes and customer satisfaction. They will work to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all storage and distribution processes.
He or she will work closely with treasure and his team to ensure proper payable and receivable execution.

Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration (Master’s preferred)
8 to 10 years previous experience in Finance preferably within a commercial or retail business
Strong leadership, analytical and commercial skills, perfect attention to details
Must be a self-starter, proactive team player and highly organized
Good at building relationships across all levels of personnel
Polished presentation and interpersonal skills
Powerful and articulate communicator, in terms of written and oral communications
Track record of achieving excellent results in credit negotiations and business development
Needs good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications
Fully bilingual English and Spanish

Our client for this position is a well established family owned kitchenware manufacturer and distributor, headquartered in the greater New York area.

Objective

The Central America Sales Representative will be in charge of opening and developping the business with large retailers and distributors/importers in countries around Panama from Venezuela and Colombia up to Mexico.

Ideal Profile

The ideal profile is a strong local sales executive based in Panama with an up-to-date address book of Central American retail chains and distributors. A previous experience in kitchenware, houseware is highly preferable. Innovative and visionary mindset with a “hand-on” and aggressive approach.

Job Description

Open new accounts by cold calling on potential customers and regular visits
Grow sales and profit with existing accounts according to budget
Review purchase orders for accuracy
Prepare forecasts and operational objectives by account and category
Plan and coordinate orders to new and existing customers
Participate in designing marketing materials to boost sales in accordance with the Marketing Department
Manage customers stock levels
Analyze and challenge customers sales forecasts
Maintain and proper reporting to corporate
Participate in Trade Shows
Coordinate promotional events

Requirements

True sales mindset, willing to work with a strong commision structure
Previous experience in Kitchenware, Houseware, Tableware, Tabletop, Flatware, Dinnerware, Chinaware, Glassware, Barware, Cutlery, etc… very appreciated
Up-to-date address book of retailers and distributors from Venezuela and Colombia up to Guatemala
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fully bilingual English and Spanish

Compensation

$2,000 base salary per month + strong commission structure
