<p>Our client for this position is the Miami based Travel Retail office of large international European Luxury Goods group. </p>
<h3>Objective</h3>
<p>The Regional Sales Executive will be in charge of supervising and managing sales of his/her fragrance and cosmetics products in the Duty Free shop of the US Airport located in the North East of the US. (New York, Boston, Washington, Chicago&#8230;). Merchandising, management &#038; training of Beauty Advisors, product launches, marketing events, stock inventory&#8230;</p>
<h3>Ideal Profile</h3>
<p>The ideal profile is someone with strong interest or experience in the fragrance and/or cosmetics industry and who has worked has Regional Account Manager for luxury or fashion brands or as a Retail Manager for a relevant category of products (Fragrance, Cosmetics, Make up, Skincare, Perfumes&#8230;). EXTREMELY OPEN TO TRAVEL (50% to 70% of the time). Ability to work from home around NYC.</p>
<h3>Job Description</h3>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate sales development according to brand objectives, client needs/considerations and guidelines provided by Area Sales Managers</li>
<li>Responsible of selling the entire catalog of brands of the company on his/her territory</li>
<li>Build and maintain link between Area Sales Managers and respective accounts on the territory</li>
<li>Management of dedicated Beauty Advisors</li>
<li>Maintain proper merchandising according to the brands&#8217; guidelines</li>
<li>Analyze sales on each point of sales and reports suggestions to Area Sales Managers</li>
<li>Coordinate sales goals, recruitment, trainings, schedules, etc&#8230; for the Beauty Advisors on the territory</li>

<li>Responsible for delivery window to ensure steady flow of merchandise and cancellation dates are respected</li>

<li>Review and Process order confirmations for the 150 points of sales</li>
<li>Work/Interact with the Headquarters (Europe) and the US sales team to achieve objectives.</li>
<li>Examine sold out and stock reports in order to forecast</li>
<li>Communicate and follow up on all payment related issues to Finance and Buyers</li>
<li>Create faulty stock receipts analysis report resulting in weekly vendor RA approval</li>
<li>Create and monitor weekly returns analysis report  for live SKU modification</li>
<li>Create and study weekly reports to identify category and location sales opportunities.</li>
<li>Analyze inventory by merchandise category and retail/wholesale locations to support stock levels and sales forecast</li>

<p>The objective for this Travel Retail Area Sales Manager is to develop relationship and business with the key Duty Free Distributors and Operators of the Americas Region (North America, Latin America and Caribean).</p>

<li>Maintain the high level of recognition of the company / brand name in the Duty Free</li>
<li>Design, implement and enforce procedures required to be able to grow the business with existing and new customers</li>
<li>Follow-up of promotional activities designed with the Marketing departement</li>
<li>Manage your sales forecasts and marketing budgets precisely</li>
<li>Watch competition and local legal requirements</li>
<li>Develop marketing and promotional activities to support sales in the points of sales</li>
<li>Analyze your monthly sales and explain variances</li>

<h3>Requirements</h3>

<li>MBA strongly preferred</li>
<li>3 to 5 years experience in the luxury or consumer goods industries in the Travel Retail / Duty Free channels or in international sales (Perfumes, fragrances, watches, timepieces, jewelry, fashion, apparel, food &#038; beverage, wine &#038; spirits, consumer electronics, etc…)</li>
<li>Bilingual English and Spanish (French and/or Portuguese a plus)</li>

<h3>Requirements</h3>

<li>MBA or equivalent required</li>
<li>at least 2 years experience in luxury or consumers goods (Cosmetics, Fragrances, Perfumes, Skincare, Watches, Timepieces, Wine &#038; Spirits, Fashion…)</li>
<li>Strong sales and networking abilities</li>
