<p>Our client for this position is the Miami based Travel Retail office of large international European Luxury Goods group. </p>
<h3>Objective</h3>
<p>The Regional Sales Executive will be in charge of supervising and managing sales of his/her fragrance and cosmetics products in the Duty Free shop of the US Airport located in the North East of the US. (New York, Boston, Washington, Chicago&#8230;). Merchandising, management &#038; training of Beauty Advisors, product launches, marketing events, stock inventory&#8230;</p>
<h3>Ideal Profile</h3>
<p>The ideal profile is someone with strong interest or experience in the fragrance and/or cosmetics industry and who has worked has Regional Account Manager for luxury or fashion brands or as a Retail Manager for a relevant category of products (Fragrance, Cosmetics, Make up, Skincare, Perfumes&#8230;). EXTREMELY OPEN TO TRAVEL (50% to 70% of the time). Ability to work from home around NYC.</p>
<h3>Job Description</h3>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate sales development according to brand objectives, client needs/considerations and guidelines provided by Area Sales Managers</li>
<li>Responsible of selling the entire catalog of brands of the company on his/her territory</li>
<li>Build and maintain link between Area Sales Managers and respective accounts on the territory</li>
<li>Management of dedicated Beauty Advisors</li>
<li>Maintain proper merchandising according to the brands&#8217; guidelines</li>
<li>Analyze sales on each point of sales and reports suggestions to Area Sales Managers</li>
<li>Coordinate sales goals, recruitment, trainings, schedules, etc&#8230; for the Beauty Advisors on the territory</li>
</ul>

<li>College degree preferred</li>

<p>Our client for this position is a very high end and niche  luxury watch brand. The position is reporting to their US office.</p>
<h3>Objective</h3>
<p>Manage and develop sales on the North East of the USA (mostly from Boston, MA to Washington DC) for this very high end luxury watch brand. Maintain relationship with corporate buyers and decision makers of retail chains as well as independent stores. Visit points of sales and make sure brand guidelines are followed in order to achieve retail sales goals.</p>

<h3>Ideal Profile</h3>
<p>The ideal profile is an experienced luxury watches Account Executive with previous experience of selling a niche brand (as opposed to a very established one). We need more of an entrepreneur than an Account &#8220;Manager&#8221;. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN THE LUXURY WATCH INDUSTRY IS A MUST. We need someone who already knows the retailers.</p>
<h3>Job Description</h3>
<ul>
<li>Drive wholesale sales in the North East of the US, around New York, from Boston, MA to Washington DC</li>
<li>Promote sales at the retail level</li>
<li>Identifie and recommend account openings and closings based on the brand positioning strategy </li>
<li>Insure appropriate brand positioning as compared with competitors within the region.</li>
<li>Visit named retail customers on a very regular basis</li>
<li>Ensure each door within the territory meets the brand&#8217;s guidelines, sales associate training and merchandising standards</li>
<li>Ensure that the product mix, replenishment cycle and manner in which the timepieces are sold are in accordance with the sales and marketing philosophy of the Brand  </li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>

<li>At least 5 years of previous wholesale sell-in and sell-through experience required</li>
<li>Knowledge of and skill in using MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point;</li>
<li>Ability to adeptly manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Excellent written communication skills for creating correspondence</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers, co-workers, and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner</li>

<h3>Job Description</h3>
<ul>
<li>Open new markets in the Asia and Pacific Region (includes Austalia and Indonesia)</li>
<li>Evaluate go to market strategies in terms of customers, positioning, pricing and promotions</li>
<li>Work with VP of International to develop regional forecasts and marketing plans for existing business (mostly in Latin America)</li>
<li>Visit key retailers on a regular basis</li>
<li>Adapt the strategy and the mix for each key retailer</li>
<li>Work closely with customer to plan quarterly demand</li>
<li>Participate in developing quarterly forcasts by market and region</li>
<li>Track performance of retailer and distributor at the product line level to ensure forecast accuracy</li>
<li>Work with Customer Services Department to ensure proper service of customers</li>
<li>Help facilite credit availability and account management</li>
<li>Anticipate trends at the product and brand level to optimize mix per customer and region</li>
<li>Ensure delivery of customer generated reporting</li>
<li>Analyze business performance per brand and product as well as per market, region, channel and key customer.</li>
</ul>

<li>7 to 15 years international sales and marketing experience with consumer goods/consumer products brands (fragrance/perfume, cosmetics, personal care, CPG)</li>
<li>Results driven and dynamic.</li>
