<p>Our client for this position is the Miami based Travel Retail office of large international European Luxury Goods group. </p>
<h3>Objective</h3>
<p>The Regional Sales Executive will be in charge of supervising and managing sales of his/her fragrance and cosmetics products in the Duty Free shop of the US Airport located in the North East of the US. (New York, Boston, Washington, Chicago&#8230;). Merchandising, management &#038; training of Beauty Advisors, product launches, marketing events, stock inventory&#8230;</p>
<h3>Ideal Profile</h3>
<p>The ideal profile is someone with strong interest or experience in the fragrance and/or cosmetics industry and who has worked has Regional Account Manager for luxury or fashion brands or as a Retail Manager for a relevant category of products (Fragrance, Cosmetics, Make up, Skincare, Perfumes&#8230;). EXTREMELY OPEN TO TRAVEL (50% to 70% of the time). Ability to work from home around NYC.</p>
<h3>Job Description</h3>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate sales development according to brand objectives, client needs/considerations and guidelines provided by Area Sales Managers</li>
<li>Responsible of selling the entire catalog of brands of the company on his/her territory</li>
<li>Build and maintain link between Area Sales Managers and respective accounts on the territory</li>
<li>Management of dedicated Beauty Advisors</li>
<li>Maintain proper merchandising according to the brands&#8217; guidelines</li>
<li>Analyze sales on each point of sales and reports suggestions to Area Sales Managers</li>
<li>Coordinate sales goals, recruitment, trainings, schedules, etc&#8230; for the Beauty Advisors on the territory</li>
</ul>

<li>College degree preferred</li>
<li>3-5 years of relevant professional experience (Account Management or Retail Management)</li>

<p>The Marketing &#038; Public Relations Assistant is responsible for supporting and facilitating the brand’s communication efforts.  Brand communication vehicles include press kits, editorial Marketing/PR, trade shows, retail and press events.  The successful candidate will be a marketing career-oriented professional. <ul>
ADVERTISING/MARKETING
<li>Assists with the preparation and execution of consumer, trade and press events on a per-project basis: negotiates contracts with vendors, caterers, photographers, etc.</li>
<li>Assists with coordination of all trade show details including booth set up, furniture, catering, product shipments, etc.</li>
<li>Manages retailer incentive programs including implementation, record keeping and fulfillment.</li>
<li>Works with Sales Managers and retail accounts to coordinate, fulfill and organize records for account display needs, including case and window displays, duratrans, posters, banners etc.   Maintains inventory and updates manager on stock levels</li>
<li>Processes all POS orders received from the sales force and retailers</li>
<li>Coordinates custom display and shop-in shop concept for retail account. Works with stores and sales managers to determine display needs and requirements.  Works with display vendor to create displays from start to finish</li>
<li>Works with printing vendors to coordinate production of collateral material including training manuals, invitations, mailers, price list, etc.</li>
<li>Coordinates and distributes look book, invitation and other mailings</li>
<li>Traffics and monitors participation in retailer catalogs – sends images, copy, fact checks, etc.</li>
<li>Oversees retailer implementation of website guidelines</li>
<li>Creates product of brand presentations for prospective or existing accounts</li>
<li>Performs light administrative work as needed</li>
<p>PUBLIC RELATIONS
<li>Participates in PR activities related to press relations including updating media lists and conducting mailings.</li>
<li>Coordinates product loan outs and manages PR product inventory and return: consignment letters, shipment to editors, enters consignments into SAP, tracks returns, etc.</li>
<li>Maintains image library and distributes to press, sales managers.</li>
<li>Monitors press coverage including collecting and organizing press clips, maintaining press and editorial records.</li>
<li>Assists in coordination and implementation of training programs</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>MUST HAVE HIS/HER OWN TRANSPORTATION (Job located in NJ, with no public transportation)</li>
<li>Fluency in Spanish required, French language skills a plus</li>
<li>1-2 years experience in a similar role within a marketing department</li>
<li>Demonstrable experience managing projects and communicating status updates</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop</li>
<li>Ability to work under rigid timelines</li>
<li>Willingness to travel to New York City-based retailers as well as willingness to travel out-of-state</li>

<li>Implement and conduct training programs for retail environments, internal sales and marketing teams (face to face and online)</li>
<li>Develop on a regular basis training materials for the internal sales team</li>
<li>Schedule and manage operations and logistics for each training sessions and seminars (hotel, transportation, room set up, invitations and follow up, communicate pre and post class material, budgets)</li>
<li>Manage trainings plan in accordance with everyone&#8217;s availability on the field and in corporate</li>
<li>Supervise the e-learning platform (report analysis and transmission, liaising with customer service, manage relationship with IT)</li>
<li>Manage budget, create purchase orders and process invoices.</li>

<p>PUBLIC RELATIONS</p>
<li>Participates in PR activities related to press relations including updating media lists and conducting mailings.</li>

<li>Visit points of sales to achieve sell in and sell out goals (about 40 doors)</li>
<li>Ensure each point of sales meets the brand&#8217;s guidelines in terms of merchandising and sales training.</li>
<li>Achieve sales goals by focusing on assortment, inventory levels, product positioning and product knowledge </li>
<li>Organize and attend special selling events for the Brand</li>
<li>Assess the distribution strategy within the territory, recommend account closures and openings to maximize business results and enhance brand positioning</li>
