<p>The ideal profile is a senior executive preferably with experiences in both public and family owned companies, knowing very well the US dosmectic market and coming from one of those industries: Food, Beverage, Wine, Spirits and/or Tobacco. The organisation is very sales driven and the right candidate  will have to be extremely familiar with the field (preferably will come from a Sales background, as opposed to strategic marketing.)</p>
<h3>Job Description</h3>
<ul>
<li>Act as primary link between the Group’s strategic plan and day-to-day commercial operations in the US</li>
<li>Develop and implement short- and long-range sales/marketing strategies and objectives</li>
<li>Increase product distribution and POS visibility with independent and key account customers (primarily C-stores and drugstore chain channels)</li>
<li>Lead brand portfolio development and marketing initiatives specific to US consumers</li>
<li>Optimize field sales execution via sales training and field management IT system</li>
<li>Responsible for commercial budget planning and control</li>
</ul>

<li>Excellent understanding of commercial aspects of US consumer market (experience in food, beverage, wine, spirits and/or tobacco is a must)</li>

<p>The Director of Operations for this niche luxury watch brand will help set up the brand&#8217;s new US office in Fort Lauderdale. He/she will then be in charge of managing the Customer and After Sales Services as well as the vault, the shipping &amp; receiving and the proper running of the entire facility.</p>

<h3>Job Description</h3>
<ul>
<li>Manage the watches inventory for the US (open purchase orders and re-orders when necessary)</li>
<li>Help managing and purchasing the merchandising material</li>
<li>Maintain close relationship with Switzerland for deliveries, availabilities and pricing</li>
<li>Supervise all product returns to Switzerland and process corresponding credits in the company&#8217;s system</li>
<li>Process billing of sold consignment goods</li>
<li>Organize all import/exports with brokers and prepare duty documents</li>
<li>Reconcile monthly physical inventory</li>
<li>Help with customer service, order entry, customer calls, vault and shipping/receiving when needed</li>
<li>Work closely with sales team</li>
<li>Manage vendors related to transportation and office operations, and negotiate rates</li>
<li>Maintain facilities</li>
<li>Monitor repair process work flow</li>
<li>Oversee purchasing/maintenance or repair equipment</li>

<li>5 to 8 years of similar operations/supply chain experience in the luxury watch industry</li>

<h3>Objective</h3>
<p>The Director of Sales and Marketing will be in charge of developing sales and building the brand on his/her territory by managing a network of distributors through the region.</p>

<h3>Ideal Profile</h3>
<p>The ideal profile is an senior Area Sales Manager with previous experience in either cosmetics, fragrances or watches and preferably a strong experience in the Latin America local markets.</p>
<h3>Job Description</h3>
<ul>
<li>Build up a solid and profitable distribution base in the domestic and travel retail markets,</li>
<li>Assess the current business, develop a clear strategic plan for the business and control the good execution in all points of sales,</li>
<li>Negotiate with local retailers and follow-up the commercial agreements through regular visits of the retailers head office, ensure regular visits of the points of sales and prospect new ones, </li>
<li>Control the good execution of the marketing plan within all the point of sales: launch of novelties, promotions, animation…, </li>
<li>Check the conformity of the visual merchandising norms established by the brand to standards in all points of sales, obtain and maintain the best possible exposure in every point of sales in terms of: brand location, shelf space, cleanliness of display stands or other merchandising tools, adequate stock by product reference,</li>
<li>Ensure brand communication programme, organize local PR events,</li>
<li>Manage the retail sales staff: establish working schedules, recruit new employees (source, select and interview candidates), provide effective leadership and control of the performances of the team,</li>
<li>Organize and prepare training program with the training department in HQ, conduct local training sessions for retail sales staff and coordinate in-store promotions,</li>
<li>Supervise/plan shipping operations, take care of respect of deadlines for delivery and replenishment,</li>
<li>Reinforce customer service and control after-sales service procedures and optimise the stock level,</li>
<li>Provide proper and detailed reports on a regular basis to the upper management</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor Degree minimum (MBA a plus)</li>
<li>6 to 8 years experience in the luxury or consumer goods industries, latin american local markets or travel retail (Perfumes, fragrances, watches, timepieces, jewelry, fashion, apparel, food &#038; beverage, wine &#038; spirits, consumer electronics, etc…)</li>
<li>Bilingual English and Spanish (French and/or Portuguese a plus)</li>
<li>Excellent with MS Office, Excel in particular</li>
<li>VERY open to Travel internationally and work extended hours</li>
<li>Familiar with multicultural and international environment</li>
<li>Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks</li>
<li>Perfect presentation and communication skills</li>

<li>Plan and drive store sales to achieve store goals</li>
<li>Recruit and select qualified candidates to maintain staffing and productivity requirements</li>
