<p>Our client for this position is one of the world leaders in the Wine &amp; Spirits industry. The position reports to their Travel Retail office in South Florida.</p>
<h3>Objective</h3>
<p>Manage Duty Free retail accounts to ensure the successful execution of all global and regional goals and strategies. Leverage the company&#8217;s strengths with the US domestic market team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for sales, sales training and merchandising  of the company&#8217;s portfolio of brands. Key objectives include: increase market share, constantly improve merchandising, increase product listing, achieve P&amp;L goals on all brands. Key customers: Motta Waked, Dufry, Eurotrade, Shopping China, Mannah, Duty Free Americas DFA, London Supply, Bernabel and IOSC</p>

<p>The ideal profile is a junior sales or marketing person with strong negotiation skills and very hands-on mindset. Coming from Wine &amp; Spirits is a plus, but any other category in Travel Retail is OK (fragrances, cosmetics, watches, accessories…)</p>
<h3>Job Description</h3>
<ul>
<li>Management of Duty Free retail accounts to ensure successful execution of all global and regional goals and strategies</li>
<li>Coordinate, execute and monitor programs related to sales, customer service, training, shelf management and product/consumer promotions</li>
<li>Develops, coordinates and maintains relationships at outlet level to deliver leading share of voice for the com[any's portfolio within the retail environment</li>
<li>Uses negotiation techniques to reach favorable terms and activities in line with approved business plan</li>
<li>Execute specialized training programs for Duty Free retail accounts</li>
<li>Work with promotional/advertising agencies to execute brand programs, reviews and evaluate performance of these agencies and act as a general liaison between the agencies</li>
<li>Develop the emerging market of Brazil with special attention for the key brands of the portfolio</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor degree minimum (MBA preferred) in marketing or business administration with 3 years in sales, marketing and/or sales promotions</li>
<li>Excellent negotiation skills and win-win attitude</li>
<li>Excellent oral, written and listening communication skills in English, Spanish AND Portuguese</li>
<li>Good financial/planning skills</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to maintain relationship at every level with internal end external business contacts</li>
<li>Ability to travel up to 70% of the time</li>
