Our Client
Our client for this position is a very fast growing fragrance and perfume company, in an active process of new acquisitions of small businesses and licenses for mass and prestige brands. The company is setting up a more financial and technology oriented way of managing its business throughout the Americas domestic and travel retail markets.
Objective
The Marketing Manager, as the head of Marketing for The Americas will be in charge of designing and implementing all marketing activities for the fragrance company over the Americas: product launches, promotions, advertising, medias, partneships…

The ideal profile for this job is an ambitious and entrepreneurial Marketing Manager with strong experience of Marketing with the US dosmestic market and the fragrance industry.
Job Description
- Design and coordinate all retail marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and implement product launches, promotional activites, visual merchandising, assortments
- Analyze on a weekly basis the trends and results of all marketing activities in order to maximize impact
- Prepare and manager the yearly marketing plan for the company for the entire Americas region
- Ensure the quality of the brand is constantly improving
- Prepare and coordinate launches for all new store openings
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree minimum (MBA a plus)
- 7-8 years of professional experience, including 3-4 years of fragrance and cosmetics industry experience on the US domestic market
- Bilingual English and Spanish (French and/or Portuguese a plus)
- Excellent with MS Office, Excel in particular
- Very strong analytical skills
- Familiar with multicultural and international environment
- Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Perfect presentation and communication skills
- Appreciated previous experience: Bulgari, Cartier, Christian Dior, Clarins, Clinique, Cosmetics of France, Coty, Elizabeth Arden, Essence Corp, Estee Lauder, Givenchy, Guerlain, Kenzo, Kiehl’s, L’Oreal, LVMH, MAC Cosmetics, Occitane, P&G, Parbel, Procter & Gamble, Roger & Gallet, YSL Beaute

- Total compensation about $80k per year
