Our Client

Our client for this opportunity is the Americas Travel Retail Headquarter for a well known Luxury Cosmetics and Fragrances Group.

Objective

The Office Manager will provide full admistrative support to the Travel Retail team of this Luxury Goods company.

Ideal Profile

The ideal profile for this role is someone with a good professional maturity and a good previous administrative background. Must be bilingual English and Spanish. Must be very good with MS Office.

Job Description

  • Corporate meeting planning/event planning.
  • Liaison for all communication with top retail account contacts.
  • Liaison between Headquarters in Europe and corporate North American office.
  • Provide office coverage of telephones/routing of incoming mail, and daily office functions.
  • All calendar/travel scheduling for Executive
  • Supervise office accounts specifically for office supplies and kitchen supplies.
  • Maintain an ongoing report of the department’s budget expenditures
  • Supervise submission of T&E forms on a monthly basis
  • Negotiate and maintain special corporate accounts for gift purchases, florists, etc.
  • Special projects and miscellaneous duties as required.

Requirements

  • Smart and proactive. Team player. Results oriented. Flexible
  • Must be able to anticipate needs and requests from Executives
  • Detail oriented
  • English and Spanish needed. French and Portuguese a plus
  • Very good MS Excel knowledge
  • Able to manage confidential information

Compensation

  • About $35k annual base salary depending on experience
