Our Client

Our client is a top luxury watch brand having an small office in Miami dedicated to Latin America and the Caribbean

Objective

Develop the Latin American and Caribbean region by repositionning the brand, opening and closing account in accordance with the company’s strategy.

Ideal Profile

The ideal profile for this position is a Senior Area Sales Manager or Brand Manager with good previous experience in the luxury watch industry and in Latin America.

Job Description

  • Develop sales on the territory
  • Prepares, and maintains updated, the Yearly and 3 year Business Plan for each brand.
  • Prepares Marketing Plans.
  • Prepares Marketing budgets and updates them on a day-to-day, as needed basis.
  • Allocates and manages local marketing budgets.
  • Controls local implementation of Marketing budgets and plans, and reports on variances.
  • Implements corners negotiated by sales dept.
  • Prepares, updates and circulates Marketing and Training documentation.
  • Prepares communications to the trade and the press.
  • Organizes promotional material.
  • Prepares new products introductions.
  • Keeps a record of customers’ POS material needs, and Visuals.
  • Organizes logistical support for Conventions and Fairs.
  • Gathers information for reporting to Global Brands and Management

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree minimum (MBA a plus)
  • 7 to 10 years experience in the luxury goods industry for latin american local markets or travel retail preferably in Luxury watches (other possible industries: perfumes, fragrances, watches, timepieces, jewelry, fashion, apparel, food & beverage, wine & spirits, consumer electronics, etc…)
  • Bilingual English and Spanish (French and/or Portuguese a plus)
  • Excellent with MS Office, Excel in particular
  • VERY open to Travel internationally and work extended hours
  • Familiar with multicultural and international environment
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Perfect presentation and communication skills
  • Very good skills with Excel and the rest of MS Office
  • Appreciated previous experience: Audemars Piguet, Baume & Mercier, Blancpain, Breitling, Bulgari, Bvlgari, Cartier, Chopard, Concord, Corum, Ebel, Girard Perregaux, Gucci, Invicta, IWC, Jaeger LeCoultre, LVMH, Montblanc, Movado, Omega, Panerai, Patek Philippe, Rado, Raymond Weil, Richemont, Rolex, Swatch, Tag Heuer, TechnoMarine, Zenith
  • Appreciated previous titles: Brand Manager, Brand Director, Area Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, Marketign Director
