Our client is import/export company doing business between France and the USA.

Objective

The Customer Service Manager will be in charge of processing orders and make sure they properly fulfilled

Ideal Profile

The ideal profile is a bilingual French/English assistant, preferrably with commercial experience.

Job Description

  • Process orders from US clients
  • Follow up on operations / supply chain / deliveries
  • Ensure the orders are properly fulfilled
  • Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bilingual French/English
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Excellent organizational skills

Compensation

  • Base salary between $40k and $45k depending on experience
  • Full benefits package
