Objective

The Business Manager, who will be home based in the Miami area, will be in charge of planning, managing, controlling and developing business in specific markets achieving financial and qualitative targets within an established network of agents and distributors within the guidelines of the group. The territories are Central America, Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru Bolivia and Chile.

Ideal Profile

The ideal profile is an international minded, bilingual (English and Spanish) sale executive with some financial experience. The candidate should have strong capacity of analysis and structured thinking skills and be willing to travel on a regular basis. We are looking for a high potential, proactive and determined candidate who wants to get on board of an exciting new project.

Job Description

  • Home based in Miami, reporting to NY, act as the key contact person of the distribution partner, the central marketing and regional manager for all business issues.
  • Travel (60% – 70%) to ensure good execution of group strategy including POS visit.
  • Execute sales and qualitative objectives.
  • Prepare and revise budgets, sales and marketing plans in compliance with group goals.
  • Realize and revise sales forecasts by product, by month, by territory.
  • Educate the distributor to new tools being implemented.
  • Support the local distribution partner in planning and executing effective sales and marketing actions for each brand, with particular focus on key accounts management.
  • Guarantee a business control of sales and costs in order to comply with economic and cash targets/goals.
  • Offer a clear picture of the markets (market trends, distribution mapping, competition…) to central marketing and regional manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 3 to 6 years experience in the selective or consumer goods industries.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish (Italian a plus).
  • Strong financial analysis skills (Experience in finance appreciated)
  • Excellent at Microsoft office and in particular Excel.
  • Structured thinking and analysis capabilities.
  • Focus, determined, pro active and problem solver personality.
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Willingness and capability to travel internationally on regular basis and work extended hours if necessary.
  • Experience in dealing with Latin America a plus.
  • Open minded, flexible and familiar with multicultural and international environment.

Compensation

  • Annual base salary of $60k + 10% bonus
