Objective
The Administrative Assistant will be incharge of answering phone calls and emails, reviewing resumes, pre-screen candidates on the phone and scheduling appointments
Ideal Profile
The ideal profile for this role is an administrative assistant with preferably a previous experience in the luxury goods industry and bilingual English and Spannish (French would be a plus)\

Requirements
- Bilingual English & Spanish (French a strong plus)
- Very good MS Office skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in a recruitment firm or an HR position appreciated
- Up-to-date US work permit
Compensation
- Base salary to be nogotiated + bonus
