Objective

The Administrative Assistant will be incharge of answering phone calls and emails, reviewing resumes, pre-screen candidates on the phone and scheduling appointments

Ideal Profile

The ideal profile for this role is an administrative assistant with preferably a previous experience in the luxury goods industry and bilingual English and Spannish (French would be a plus)\

• Bilingual English & Spanish (French a strong plus)
• Very good MS Office skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in a recruitment firm or an HR position appreciated
• Up-to-date US work permit

Compensation

• Base salary to be nogotiated + bonus
