Our client is a luxury brand distribution company for Latin American Markets and Travel Retail.

Objective
The Marketing Director is directly responsible for overall group’s marketing and strategic planning programs, and corporate communications. He or she must facilitate business development through marketing initiatives and client programs. He or she is responsible, with the country manager, for general performance of subsidiaries
Ideal Profile
The ideal profile for this role is an high potential, ambitious and entrepreneurial Marketing Manager with previous exprerience of distribution and/or retail of luxury brands in Latin America and/or Travel Retail. A previous experience in both large and small companies would be very appreciated.
Job Description
- Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the company. Support and facilitate development and implementation of section business/marketing plans.
- Work with Retail Director and store managers to develop marketing concept and strategy for each business.
- Organize and implement client relations including:client management strategy, client programs, client satisfaction surveys, client development activities, client skills training, special events,
- Participate in negotiations with supplier to agree up marketing budget and A&P’s investments and strategies.
- Work with President and other directors to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Oversee corporate communications activities through Marketing Coordinator including:external communications and systems, internal communications and systems, public relations efforts , external vendors and consultants,
- Oversee company electronic marketing efforts including supervision of Web site design and maintenance.
- Supervise Marketing Manager, Brand Manager and Country Managers.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration (Master’s preferred)
- At least 5 years in marketing manager role within commercial business, preferable with retail experience
- Strong leadership and consensus building skills
- Marketing management and strategic planning experience
- A proven track record in developing and administering a marketing program
- Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with people from different cultures at all levels in the organization
- Polished presentation and interpersonal skills
- Must possess top level business management, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
- Needs good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications
- Fully bilingual English and Spanish

Compensation
- Annual base salary of $75k to $95k depending on experience
- 20% to 50% yearly bonus to be negotiated
