Ideal Profile
The ideal profile for this Account Coordinator position is a sales oriented professional with background in the fragrances/cosmetics industry, ability to travel extesnively and good understanding of retail.
Job Description
- Manage the sell through and the execution of promotional program at the retail level
- Participate in establishing budgets for the region
- Maintain expense reports (travels and promotions)
- Responsible for achieving the sales goals on the region
- Maintain and develop good relationships with stores staffs
- Control inventory at the retail level
- Produce monthly retail sales reporting
- Propose promotional activities to address slow trending accounts
- Recruit and motivate in-store staff and consultants: establish goals and evaluate their performance
- Keep in-store staff informed with company programs
- Watch competition
- Visit accounts on a very regular basis to ensure the proper implementation of company’s guideline and programs
- Identify new business opportunities
Requirements
- College degree
- 1 to 2 years experience in the luxury or consumer goods industries, latin american local markets or travel retail (Perfumes, fragrances, watches, timepieces, jewelry, fashion, apparel, food & beverage, wine & spirits, consumer electronics, etc…)
- Bilingual English and Spanish (French a strong plus)
- Excellent with MS Office, Excel in particular
- VERY open to Travel internationally and work extended hours
- Familiar with multicultural and international environment
- Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Perfect presentation and communication skills
- Very good skills with Excel and the rest of MS Office
- Up-to-date work authorization (US Citizenship, Green Card, renewable H1B visa…)
- Appreciated previous experience: Bulgari, Cartier, Christian Dior, Clarins, Clinique, Cosmetics of France, Coty, Elizabeth Arden, Essence Corp, Estee Lauder, Givenchy, Guerlain, Kenzo, Kiehl’s, L’Oreal, LVMH, MAC Cosmetics, Occitane, P&G, Parbel, Procter & Gamble, Roger & Gallet, YSL Beaute
- Appreciated previous titles: Account Coordinator, Account Executive, Account Manager, Sales Delegate, Commercial Delegate, Market Manager, Travel Retail Manager
Compensation
- Base salary $45k to $50k
- Bonus
