Our Client

Our client for this opportunity is a leader in the Luxury Watches industry.

Objective

The Account Executive will be in charge of managing existing national accounts in the watch and Jewely industry as well as opening new doors in Florida, Louisiana and Mississippi.

Ideal Profile

A strong sales executive/business developper with excellent previous experience in the Luxury Watch Industry and outstanding analytical and organizational skills.

Job Description

  • Manage key national accounts in FL, MS and LO. Develop and implement strategies to improve both sell in and sell through
  • Drives wholesale sales on the assigned territory and ensure sell through goals are met and the retail level
  • Develop new accounts and close existing ones depending on results, compliance and brand’s strategy
  • Visit retail accounts on a very regular basis to ensure mechandising and training compliance as well as sell through performance
  • Verify product mix, replenishment and sales technics

Requirements

  • 5 years strong previous experience in the Luxury Watch industry at a national account level
  • Excellent analytical skills (implies excellent level in MS Excel)
  • Result driven and strong negotiations skills
  • Good training and motivational skills at the retail sales associates level
  • Ability to travel overnight 5 days per month
  • Fluent Spanish a very strong plus
  • Appreciated previous experience: Audemars Piguet, Baume & Mercier, Blancpain, Breitling, Bulgari, Bvlgari, Cartier, Chopard, Concord, Corum, Ebel, Girard Perregaux, Gucci, Invicta, IWC, Jaeger LeCoultre, LVMH, Montblanc, Movado, Omega, Panerai, Patek Philippe, Rado, Raymond Weil, Richemont, Rollex, Swatch, Tag Heuer, TechnoMarine, Zenith
  • Appreciated previous titles: Account Manager, Sales Manager, Area Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Representative, Business Developer, Sales Director, District Manager, Territory Sales Executive

Compensation

  • Annual base salary from $90k to $100k depending on experience
  • 30% bonus based on sell in, sell through and other qualitative goals
  • Car allowance
