| This high end retail management opportunity is meant for an excellent retail / store manager, with strong previous experience in jewelry and luxury watches and ability to work with high profile customers (Arab Royals, Business, Politicians…). |
| JOB DESCRIPTION |
STAFF MANAGEMENT
- Sales staff recruitment, interviews…
- Organize the staff schedule and keep track of the hours of each sales associates
- Ensure the proper usage of uniforms provided by the company
- Quarterly reporting on HR issues (sick days, absences…)
- Process quarterly evaluation of each employee in the team
- Set goals for each sales associate
REPARATION
- Immediatly coordinate any needed repairs in the shop
- Make sure all watches work perfectly and jewelry is free of any defect at all times
CONTACT WITH LOCAL SUPPLIERS
- Establish business relationships with local diamond wholesalers in order to ensure quick delivery for urgent needs
ORGANIZATION
- Control precisely the inventory every 3 month for watches and jewelry to ensure proper level of stock at all times
- Control the inventory of displays in the store every 6 months and make sure they are free of any defect
PRODUCT TRAINING
- Organize product trainings on a regular basis with the sales staff to ensure proper knowledge level of everyone. Invite brands representatives to conduct these trainings too.
DAILY REPORTS AND MEETINGS
- Make sure the daily report is sent
- Keep the internal agenda updated so that it can be shared to all th sales saff
- Organize weekly meeting with the staff to discuss issues, performance and strategies
PR & ADVERTISING
- Preselection of advertising offers and presentation to upper management
- Organization of 2 or 3 PR events per year
- Organization of small dinners for customers on a regular basis
- Select local events to sponsor
- Constant networking with influencers, customers and potential ones
- Ensure the boutique staff does it own networking too
DIRECT MARKETING
- Make sure the store records the contact details of every customers and potential customers
- Organize mailing to the existing database of contact
MAINTENANCE
- Make sure the maintenance and cleaning of the store is perfect at all time
- Organize the constant procurement of champagne, liquors, cigars in the store.

| REQUIREMENTS |
- Very strong previous experience in High End Jewelry and Luxury Watches (Example: Audemars Piguet, Bottega Veneta, Bulgari, Cartier, Chanel, Chanel Joaillerie, Chloé, Chopard, D&G, David Yurman, De Beers, Dior, Dolce & Gabbana, Emilio Pucci, Ermenegildo Zegna, Escada, Fendi, Ferragamo, Gucci, Harry Winston, Hermés, Louis Vuitton, Marc Jacobs, Neiman Marcus, Oscar De La Renta, Piaget, Prada, Ralph Lauren, Saks Fifth Avenue, Tiffany & Co, Tourneau, Van Cleef & Arpels, Yves Saint Laurent)
- Ability to work with very high net worth individuals (Roals, Businessmen, politicians…)
- Excellent public relations and networking abilities
- Arabic and or Chinese speaking highly appreciated
- Up-to-date US work authorization

| COMPENSATION |
- Base salary of $80k to $100k plus bonuses and commissions
