Our Client

Our client for this position is a very well known luxury goods/cosmetics company with office throughout the world.

Objective

Provide administrative and operations support to the sales teams by processing and coordinating customer orders.

Ideal Profile

The ideal profile for this role is an experienced commercial assistant or coordinator with previous background in consumer or luxury goods.

Job Description

• Work directly with sales team to coordinate product lists and provide customer service to retail and wholesale accounts
• Analyze customer orders versus forecasts
• Coordinate closely with Customer Service regarding orders (pricing, quantities, shipping…)
• Process and follwo thru on customer orders
• Design and implement new Excel reporting tools as required by the job
• Develop and organize retail presentations on PowerPoint
• Perform administrative duties such as answering the phone and preparing expense reports

Requirements

• 3 years previous experience in a sales support role
• experience in consumer goods or luxury goods company preferred (Fragrances, perfumes, fashion, apparel, Watches, writing instruments…)
• Very good presentation and communication skills
• Very detail oriented and organized
• Very good analytical skills
• Very proficient in MS Office (in particular MS Excel and PowerPoint)
• Up-to-date US work authorization (H1B, Green Card or citizenship)

Compensation

• $40k to $50k depending on experience
• Full benefits package
