OUR CLIENT
Our client for this position is the Americas Travel Retail and Latin America local markets office of a very large international group in luxury goods (Watches, Jewelry, Fragrances, Accessories).
OBJECTIVE
Supervise all Marketing activities for the office dedidated to both the Latin American Local Markets and the Americas Travel Retail.

IDEAL PROFILE
The ideal profile is a very experienced marketing manager in the luxury goods industry with previous experience in both latin america and travel retail (available to travel 25%)
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Develop and implement a pan regional media strategy
  • Negotiate advertising rates and premium positioning in key selected titles
  • Negotiate value-added marketing initiatives within each publication
  • Conduct competitive advertising analysis
  • Work closely with Perfume Brand Managers to provide marketing guidance on their respective markets in Latin America
  • Manage area’s Marketing Budget
  • Oversee proper distribution of support materials (catalogs, Brochures) working with local fulfillment house and Italy headquarters
  • Develop promotional fixtures for new product launches in perfume working with local suppliers
  • Implement and maintain merchandising guidelines in retail and wholesale channels (product launches, theme windows, etc)—monitoring our presentation through monthly photos and feedback
  • Maintain the inventory of merchandising props
  • Create and implement trade shows and other planned events, as needed
  • Manage all Interior Design projects (Perfues, Watches, Jewelry and Accessories) working closely with HQ and local suppliers
  • Provide HQ with accurate product forecasts in Perfume
  • Provide HQ with Monthly Reports for the region
REQUIREMENTS
  • 7+ years of marketing experience in the luxury industry
  • Knowledge of Latin American and Caribbean market is preferred
  • MBA preferred
  • Must have experience in media buying
  • Strong presentation//PowerPoint required
  • Must have experience in managing marketing budgets
  • Must have experience managing others
  • Strong Spanish skills required (Portuguese a plus)
  • Ability to travel 25%
