Our Client
Our client for this position is a very small insurance brokerage company based in Kendall, FL.
Objective
The Administrative Assistant will be in charge of all administrative duties in the 3 people office in addition to be directly in touch with the customers and participating in selling. Office hours: M-F 9am to 5pm & Sat 9am to 2pm)
Ideal Profile
Ideal profile for this role is a professional with an Insurance License 440 or 220 and with a good administrative assistant background.
Job Description

- Answering the phone
- Customer Service and sales (insurance brokerage oriented)
- Light bookkeeping
Requirements
- Significant previous experience in the insurance industry
- Strong sales and customer service experience
- Licensed 440 or 220
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Good knowledge of QuickBooks
- Ability to work Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm and Sat 9am to 2pm
Compensation
- $9 to $15 per hour depending on the experience
