Our Client

Our client for this position is a well established family owned high-end kitchenware manufacturer and distributor, headquartered in the greater New York area.The company is opening a Latin America office in Miami.

Objective

The Latin America Marketing & Sales Coordinator will be in charge of assisting the Latin America Director in growing the business by helping on any marketing aspect (catalogs, packaging design, pricing, presentations, event coordination…)

The ideal profile for this position is a Marketing professional, trilingual English, Spanish and Portuguese with experience working with latin america in consumer or luxury goods. This person needs a very good professional maturity to be able to make presentations…

Job Description

• Develop catalogs
• Participate in adapting packaging design and concepts to Latin America
• Develop and maintain price lists
• Develop PowerPoint presentations
• Coordinate sales collateral
• Follow up on sales leads
• Process the orders
• Track customer orders
• Participate in building forecasts and projections
• Manage inventory

Requirements

• Fully Trilingual English, Spanish and Portuguese
• Previous experience in working with Latin America for Luxury or Consumer Goods brands or distributors
• Apreciated previous experiences: Tableware, Tabletop, Flatware, Dinnerware, Chinaware, Glassware, Barware, Cutlery…
• Ability to talk to clients at a senior level and make presentations
• Good follow-up skills
• Very autonomous and organized
• Very good skills with Excel and the rest of MS Office
• Up-to-date work authorization (US Citizenship, Green Card, renewable H1B visa…)

Compensation

• Base salary of $40k to $50k depending on experience
• Full benefits package
