| OBJECTIVE |
|
The Recruiter will be in charge of placing ads, reviewing and screening resumes, interviewing and preselecting candidates. This is a part-time job, on commission only. |
| IDEAL PROFILE |
|
The ideal profile for this position is an experienced professional willing to work part time or flexible hours preferably with Luxury or Consumer Goods industry experience along with a strong international background. Spanish and French speaking are greatly appreciated. |

- Place ads on job boards
- Use social networks to identify candidates
- Search resume databases
- Review resumes
- Cold call candidates and contacts to identify the best leads
- Interview candidates face to face
- Keep contact with your network of candidates

| REQUIREMENTS |
- Very good presentation and communication skills
- Minimum 10 years professional experience
- Ability and motivation to work part time or flexible hours
- Appreciated previous industry experience: Wine & Spirits, Luxury Goods, Consumer Goods, Food and Beverage, Travel Retail, Consumer Electronics, Fragrances, Cosmetics, Watch & Jewelry
- Fluent in English and Spanish (French would be a strong plus)
- Up-to-date work authorization (US Citizenship, Green Card, renewable H1B visa…)
