Our Client

This position is directly for us, ACCUR Recruiting Services and not for one of our clients as usual.

Objective

The Recruiter will be in charge of placing ads, reviewing and screening resumes, interviewing and preselecting candidates. This is a part-time job, on commission only.

Ideal Profile

The ideal profile for this position is an experienced professional willing to work part time or flexible hours preferably with Luxury or Consumer Goods industry experience along with a strong international background. Spanish and French speaking are greatly appreciated.

Job Description

• Place ads on job boards
• Use social networks to identify candidates
• Search resume databases
• Review resumes
• Cold call candidates and contacts to identify the best leads
• Interview candidates face to face
• Keep contact with your network of candidates

Requirements

• Very good presentation and communication skills
• Minimum 10 years professional experience
• Ability and motivation to work part time or flexible hours
• Appreciated previous industry experience: Wine & Spirits, Luxury Goods, Consumer Goods, Food and Beverage, Travel Retail, Consumer Electronics, Fragrances, Cosmetics, Watch & Jewelry
• Fluent in English and Spanish (French would be a strong plus)
• Up-to-date work authorization (US Citizenship, Green Card, renewable H1B visa…)

Compensation

• 100% on commission depending candidates you participate in recruiting
• No benefits, flexible schedule / vacations
