JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Plan and drive store sales to achieve store goals
  • Recruit and select qualified candidates to maintain staffing and productivity requirements
  • Establish, manage and review Sales Associates productivity goals to exceed Company standards
  • Establish and demonstrate uncompromising customer service standards.
  • Train Associates on product knowledge, selling and operational skills. Ensure follow through of all training programs
  • Foster a positive, professional work environment that encourages ideas and innovative problem solving
  • Demonstrate ability to evaluate issues, establish priorities and adjust direction when necessary
  • Manage Sales Associates
  • Comply with and support all Company standards and policies
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor Degree preferred
  • 7 to 10 years minimum previous experience in very high end / luxury goods retail (fashion, watches and jewelry, shoes, leather goods…) preferably as a Store Manager
  • Conversational Spanish highly appreciated
  • PERFECT presentation and communication skills
  • Familiar with multicultural and international environment
  • UP-TO-DATE US work authorization (US Citizenship, Green Card, H1B Visa,…)
COMPENSATION
  • Between $70k and $90k yearly base salary (depending on experience)
  • Full benefits package
