Our client for this position is a very well known luxury goods brand with stores nationwide.
OBJECTIVE
The candidate will participate in office support, event coordination and media actions for the stores located in the North East of the US.

The ideal profile for this role is someone with previous experience in working with a retail network and with great administrative skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Maintain events calendar with launching and marketing events
  • Office duties including travel arrangements, mail management, answering the phone, order office supplies
  • Participate in recommendation for media placement
  • Coordinate advertising in the region
  • Manage events calendar
  • Coordinate events with regards to preparation, concept, invitations, venues…
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Very good autonomy
  • Up-to-date US work permit (Citizenship, Green Card or renewable H1B visa)
COMPENSATION
  • around $45k yearly base salary
  • Full Benefits package
