Job Description

Title: Director of Stores

Location: Miami, FL

Direct reports: 10 Territory Managers

Reporting to: US Chief Operating Officer

Ideal Profile:

Experienced retail professional, great management skills, excellent fashion business understanding, multi-cultural background.

Main Responsibilities:

·         Manage on a regular basis the retail stores network and the Territory Managers

·         Create Territory plans to reach sales goals

·         Expand the brand image

·         Evaluate employee performance, clarify opportunities and continuously enhance ethic

·         Encourage consistently superb levels of customer service

·         Ensure the merchandise buy is based on sound business analysis and trends, within budget and plans, monitored appropriately, and adjusted accordingly

·         Communicate regularly with COO and the Visual team, direct the efforts of store advertising and events to maintain visual standards and fulfill promotional initiatives

Requirements:

·         BA in Business or related

·         Progressively responsible retail management experience (10+ yrs)

·         Successfully managed multiple stores with 20 to 25 million volume per year (5+yrs)

·         Proven talent for creating and leading local teams

·         Impeccable strategic instinct for accomplishing both short-term and long-term objectives

·         Meticulous approach to retail management, principles and practices

·         Desire to keep on the cutting edge of emerging trends in fashion and branding

·         Ability to travel 30-40% of the time

Compensation:

·         Base salary between $120k and $150k + bonus

·         Full benefits package
