Our client for this position is a small but very fast growing US subsidiary of a traditional premium beverage company headquartered in France.

Job Description

Title: US Sales Manager

Location: Miami, FL

Reporting to: US Director of Sales and Marketing

Territory: US and Canada

Objective:

Responsible for developing the business by opening new accounts as well as growing existing ones.

Ideal Profile:

Ambitious business development professional with very high sales and negotiation skills and a few years in working preferably with large retail chains or food industry. Marketing ability is also appreciated.

Main Responsibilities:

·         Managing Food and beverage distributors in his/her area. Dealing and growing sales within the distributor, including organizing sales meetings with their reps, calling on key customers, putting together incentives…

·         Setting up promotions with both distributors and retailers to grow the sales

·         Managing those promotions with distributors and make sure of their implementation.

·         Calling on Regional key accounts (current customers) and working out good opportunity to grow business with them.

·         Negotiating at corporate level with the retail chains in order to get our product lines on the shelf, growing sales by getting ad, end caps etc…in the stores.

Requirements:

·         3 to 6 years in Sales Management

·         Open to travel 30% of the time

·         UP-TO-DATE US work authorization (US Citizenship, Green Card, H1B with more than 3 years possible renewal)

Compensation:

·         Competitive Base salary + bonus to be negotiated and depending on experience.

·         100% health Insurance + 3 weeks vacations on year 1
