Our client for this position a French Business Man with outstanding track record starting a new project involving manufacturing and distribution in the Luxury Boating industry.
Job Description
Title: Project Manager / General Manager
Location: Miami, FL
Reporting to: Owner
Targeted Start Date: December 2008
Objective:
You will be in charge of launching an ambitious and exciting project in manufacturing, marketing and distribution of small size luxury boats in the US. The position requires a very good level of education, a good interest in the boating industry as well as previous experiences in Manufacturing, Marketing and Sales.
Main Responsibilities:
· Supervising the set up of manufacturing facilities and suppliers
· Set up a dealer network
· Design and implement a marketing Strategy
Requirements:
· Excellent academic background, MBA preferred
· Very good entrepreneur mindset
· 7 to 12 years overall professional experience
· Previous manufacturing management experience
· Previous experience in Sales and Marketing
· Excellent international background as the job will involv contacts in Europe as well as in the US.
Compensation:
· Base salary between $65k and $100k depending on experience + Bonus
